Another reason it’s important not to comment on ppls food choices is because they might have food struggles you aren't aware of. If someone is a recovering from eating issues, the last thing they need to hear is commentary on their food
POSSIBLE TW MENTIONS ED This really opened my eyes. I always thought I could stop restricting when I wanted to but I’m seventeen and have been heavily restricting since I was eleven. It led to stubborn belly fat and yoyoing constantly. Nothing has ever fully gotten through to me until I heard your wording of things. Thank you so much, I don’t want to keep ruining my body!!
I really love this video because i always overthink my fat loss body even though a lot of people tell me they actually see changes, the internet really puts fear into the people 😭
I agree with your take on body positivity. There are so many people in that community saying that weight loss is fatphobic. It’s ridiculous. And they don’t seem happy. My body is my personal journey, not part of a movement/ideology. Love your video as always!
I LOVED this video. My body is my body. I am happy but not all the way happy. And losing weight and improving my looks make me happy. I am willing to change some habits to lose weight.
I loved this video. I recently discovered your channel and I really like it, I love your message and how you give me motivation. Thank you so much, you have a new subscriber here ❤️ greetings from Spain!
I lost 14 kilo by drinking 6-8 glasses of water and ice cubes every day for 4 months and eating no sugar. Untill then i could not lose weight no matter what i did. I belive that was detox
also, the thing about certain ethnicities being "meant to be fat" is just misinformation. it's literally on the nhs website that some ethnic groups, black, asian and middle eastern being among them, have an increased risk of weight related illnesses, AT A LOWER WEIGHT. so if anything, the standard for "overweight" should be adjusted down a bit for us.
i hate the detox thing! if you're eating relatively healthy then WHAT TOXINS will only drinking juice (or water) for a couple of days rid you of *that your liver and kidneys weren't already*...... and like,,, starving your body will certainly not make your actual detox organs function better 🤡🤡🤡🤡 i can't
I absolutely hate when people start 'detoxes''. What do you think your kidney and liver does? It's constantly detoxing you, that's their job! It's just silly advertising I think.
Your comments on the body positivity movement and this weird somewhat hatred or general dismissal of it because of your lack of understanding is weird. You're making it sound as if body positivity (the movement) means that if you support it then you must hate people who want to lose weight or hate fit people when that is the literal opposite of the movement, put simply you sound tone-deaf. Someone can be body positive and CHOOSE to lose weight...body positivity means giving your body love and the chance to exist as it already is even if you don't like it or want to change/alter it, it literally means just letting your body exist. Body positivity is not some sort of 'trend' promoting gaining tons of weight or being unhealthy or criticizing those who want to lose weight, it is a movement that promotes fair treatment of fat bodies, disabled bodies, and bodies that are not usually seen or put out in our society. I understand you're a model but you sound so incredibly out of touch. Nobody is making wanting to lose weight or be thinner 'a bad thing'.
I don’t weigh myself anymore but I think I’m losing weight by just cutting my portion sizes. I’m on a schizophrenic medication to treat my bipolar 1 and every time I’m on it I gain so much weight. I have gained 30 pounds on it but I can’t go off of them ( the medication slows your metabolism and gives you insulin resistance.)
The exact same thing has happened with my friend - she is also on a schizophrenic medication. It’s saved her life but it’s made her gain lots of weight too. She has now stopped getting pizza deliveries and started hiking the regularly. It’s really helped her start losing weight too 💕

Just to make a little correction in case there’s any confusion, salmon is a protein but it’s also a fatty fish
