    I watched this while eating a breakfast of eggs and spinach, fried up with everything bagel seasoning. It’s a great start to the day, full of protein and healthy greens. I love pastries but I can’t eat a lot of carbs early in the day without feeling nauseous. Anyway, love your inspiring video, as always!

    How do I know if I have a fleshy type of body? Mainly my thighs, they’re really jghly

      I don’t really understand your question fully but if you want to work on getting less jiggly legs I suggest trying step ups, the stair master at the gym, hiking or walking on a high incline/steep hill. Things where you are doing both cardio + activating your leg muscles at the same time, good luck girl!

      The recommended age is 14 for girls 💜 my gym did let me start at 12 though but I could only really do cardio and i think I tried some free weights

      Hey Mellody! I just double checked this with my trainer and with some supervision and guidance it’s actually 11 for girls, 13 for boys. That’s probably why I could start at 12. Hope this helps lovely 💖💖
