    your videos always help me out with my ed. i usually always calorie count and restrict to under 600 calories; and on some days, i'll binge after fasting for more than 18 hours. when looking at meals, i never know what amount of food is normal for a meal. i'm just going to focus on portion control, eat healthier; (no candies/chocolate or junk food) and listen to my hunger cues. i'll start calorie counting again once i feel more comfortable with it, to where its more freeing. i do really enjoy vegetables and fruits, so im really excited. im only worried on the fact that i cant really make my own food, but it'll be okay. 💗 thank you so much, truly. your videos are really relaxing and comforting.

    I love you...thanks a lot for everything.I was just trying to lose weight like 6 years and i tried a lot of things,and they didn't work even they works i just regained that weight.But now,i am just using your diets and workout routine...I am just feeling that difference and it's been just like 2 months...thanks again again and again🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️

      My cutlery is linked in the description and in the video I put them on 210 and took them out when they looked brown. Doesn’t take long, maybe 10mins. You can also grill them on a high heat and they will cook even faster. And be crunchier too

    every time i try to be healthy i end binging so hard by night time i have binged every night for the past 4 days and i feel so sick does anyone have any tips

      I agree. Also might be too much for you all at once. Maybe try going slower, changing little things to eat slighter healthier bit by bit rather than changing everything at once?

      tips that helped me a lot:
      - eat everything in smaller portions (it doesn’t and shouldn’t be a drastic change to begin with)
      - don’t think in the way that this piece of chocolate is the last one you’ll ever eat (that mindset triggers binge attacks most of the time) instead tell yourself “I’ll have more later” (as often as you need)
      - try to be more conscious and mindful when you eat each meal, so no phone, TV, Netflix, reading or whatsoever
      - if you feel like you crave some snack, try drinking a glass of water
      - don’t do too much or too intense workouts (you can increase everything once you’ve established a good routine)

    So I've been following up with your videos so I have a question does squats help wth slim leg or it doesn't help at all

      You can incorporate squats into your workout to strength those muscles whether that’ll end up giving you slim legs depends on where you are starting from. But most cases just doing a bunch of squats alone will not give you slimmer legs
