The info you give is so valuable, you are actually saving lives and helping people get healthy. I have been doing all those things you suggest for DECADES and now that i am in my late 60s, I can say that I have aged less than my contemporaries and I am not on any medications. I have maintained a healthy weight throughout the years! I could make videos but I don't have the patience to deal with social media. Keep making those wonderful videos, you are truly helping those who are willing to listen.
These tips was helpful. Another tip for winter buying a workout machine. My best health investment was buying a treadmill. Saves money and time. I have free gym membership but I hardly go cause my treadmill.
Same!! My treadmill has been a game changer for staying consistent with my fitness routine. I also have dumbbells and weight bench plus bands etc no excuses! 😊

Seasonal depression is what caused me to gain 30lbs, but over the scale of 2 years so it wasn’t drastic weight gain. But still, each winter I was gaining like 15lbs without realizing. And I live in Canada so our winters are almost half the year but we also got a hot season that’s also almost half the year (southern Ontario 🙃) So once spring came around I looked in the mirror and almost screamed WYM IM 30 POUNDS BIGGER??? like I did not recognize myself omg 😀 so I went straight to the gym, focused on adding more protein and veggies to my diet and was able to lose it all. I’m currently at a regular weight, not skinny or anything. But I wanna be slim so that’s my new goal. And for once in my life I went about 5 months in the fall + winter (school + work had me busy as hell) without exercising a lot and managed to stay within a 5lb range. Diet is very important. Bc that whole time I continued eating my proteins and fruits and veggies. It was so easy. Now I know I have the ability to maintain. My new goal is to lose 20 more lbs in the next 3 months and keep that off.
In my primary school I learnt a lot about Hinduism, Sikhism and faiths of the East in Religious Studies Lessons. It’s not in our culture to celebrate it but I know a lot about the customs and I know it’s coming up 💜
I need to try this i eat healthier everyday to stay slimmer like this and skinny i eat healthier vegan diet mediterranean i do this a lot cuz women do mediterranean diet to stay smaller so i do this all the time
Hi i follow a good amount of your tips! I'm slim but i'm still not skinny enough to be a model. How did you reach the industry's standard of thinness? I feel like no matter how hard I try i never reach those measurements unless i'm straight up restricting myself.
I’m currently taking advantage of the fact that it’s cold in California to exercise at home… it’s so hard in the summer especially since I don’t have a heater but it’s cool in the winter and my body doesn’t feel cold when I’m exercising. Natural AC
God is your this, it doesn’t matter what other people think or what they don’t think because you have Gods approval you don’t need peoples approval bring your dreams, worry’s and concerns to him because he knows what you have and what so never doubt yourself because you will always have God and Jesus and that’s all you will need
