Today I’m buying my first car as a 22-year-old woman who enjoys life and loves money as much as I love working hard! I think financial freedom is happiness and the real revolution of modern women that it could be! Such a smart couple of individuals thank you 🙏🏽✨🦋🦋
Taking the leap of faith is important when you can also have a backup plan and funds to support your dreams. "Building that F "U " money # "That is the best advice!!
Wow! ‘Would I want my bosses job?’. That question is so helpful for me at this time in my life! I have recently started a new job that I have mixed feelings about. But the question - would I want my bosses job really hit me hard. The answer is NO!!! So now I can move forward confidently. Get what I need from the job, and move on.
why people avoid this kind of podcast ?! , this is a masterclass btw , Ithink most people are not unplugged yet , people are not awear of what they are doing . Istrongly believe that those pience of advieces are worth to listen , thank you so much guys .
I absolutely love how young women like me are talking about money. I quit my 9-5 4 years ago, now, and I did it without any savings which of course made the whole entire experience more stressful (example of how not to do it) and living a successful life without a 9-5. I am not a millionaire, and I am not quite at my money goals as far as comfort yet, but you HAVE to take the risk. Your happiness, wellness, overall spiritual development depends on taking risks that feel scary, but also feel good. Just do it smart. If I had access to these brilliant women talking about the "how to" process I might be a little farther along with my journey. But, nevertheless grateful that I am on it. I learned a lot from this, and gained new insight. Thanks! ❤❤❤
I GASPED out loud when she said he bowed and said it was a kimono.... WOW!!! But the wrong brand of Asian... 😂😭💀 but seriously who says that... especially in an office. 😢
My small business is recently thriving and I finally can say I'm making money. Not yet spending it because I'm thinking of making it bigger and bigger and working day and night. I'm young I'm happy I'm making something on my own. I hope to invest my money i. The right places
Oh heyy, I thought I recognized her. I used to be in a youth volunteer group with Vivian growing up. I had no idea she was living this life lol. Good for her!
Love this so much! I could’ve listened to another 5 hours of this conversation happily! Vivian’s personality and way of explaining finances makes it seem so much less scary and like wow I can totally do that! Well done Grace loving the podcast guests! 👏
I've watched numerous interviews with Vivian as the guest and I love how she shares something different in most of the interviews.. I just purchased her book and I'm looking forward to it..!! =) Great interview..!
This was a very insightful episode. I suggest adding timestamps though cause it'll be easier for us as the viewers when we want to come back and recall something
Vivian's mission to revolutionize our approach to finances is both refreshing and empowering! 💰 Her insights from her time at JP Morgan and her innovative "Strip Acony" process offer actionable steps towards financial security and abundance.
Amazing episode! I love to see women's representation in the business/economics world 💖 Listening at you to talking about these topics, makes me feel so so proud of being a women! 💫
I appreciated this conversation so much. I feel like their courage to talk about the “hard” topics rubs off on me, where I’m more brave now to push forward on building a solid relationship to money for myself. Keep going, both of you. I’m inspired ❤
Thank you ❤ i love that you prove that you can be young and independent and strong and smart. I appreciate the content and story! WELLDONE to you both and the behind the scenes teams and support. Keep up the good work!
Incredible episode and an inspiring yet pragmatic story that really gives tangible advice and helps you navigate your finances in your life 🎉 can we vote this as the BEST episode to date?!
About to purchase her book! This was so empowering and eye opening. It’s easier to upscale your life and go where your worth is and I needed that reminder
I do have a note about prenups. My parents are legal advisors and something they advocate for is marriage out of community. I feel like that gives you the same freedom most people associate with a prenup without anticipating a failed marriage. But this is coming from an African and we statistically have a much lower divorce rate than in the US so food for thought
This is a really cool conversation, I wish this would apply to Balkan countries, our economy is non-existent, you don’t know who to trust in the financial environment. Being a scammer is a real job nowadays. The basic income is around 500euro per month, but the cost of living is like on the same level as Germany (as an example). Most of us had to work abroad to get somewhere only to ask now ,,was it all worth it?”, I have finished university, have over 20 years of experience in my field , only to be told that ,,you are not good enough “, sometimes I think ,,you can work till you drop, but if there is no one that gives you a opportunity to grow… it all just feels useless “. I know this comment is all over the place , it just came out like vomit 😂
Same here in Greece. We don't even dare to think of good circumstances at the workplace especially for women!what this conversation states is a completely different world to us. Of course the bare minimum wage is not even close enough for rent, utilities and basic human needs let alone a standard life! Thousands have immigrated abroad for work/studies and coming back turned out being a drop in the water . Greece is the 4th most poor country! Of course nothing of this is random, but that's another discussion . I wish the very best to you.
T.T a variation of the kimono incident has also happened to me at a workplace, I've been bowed to many times here in Germany as well. IM CHINESE TOO! That story was really relevant to me. Glad you left that toxic boss and workplace!
" you can always earn more money" ... THAT .. that is what we need to know how to do... a few caveats.. it has to be earned with integrity , ethically, and with ideology to protect future generations. ... annnnnd, brain storm:
This is the best interview I watched of my rich BFF so far. Love it. I wanna work my job and invest fairly often. But I am not making 625k ....but I want a house...then I watch Remit Sethi then it does not make sense yo get a house 😅😅 Now everywhere is high cost 😅
Such a great story makes me more compelled to share more of my financial journey and social media tips on my channel. It truly helps🎉ty just bought her book.
Hi Grace, the best YT about finances. Everything undertstandable. 10/10 from me too. Going to buy the book 😊 Thank you for such a great and easy to digest in 1st time content 🙏
Could you do an episode about the idea of “Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office” and other ways that women have to “do more” to standout and also experience lots of BS from male/company counterparts? Thanks
Love love love Grace but that “like like like” vocabulary makes me wanna just scroll up im sorry. It really gets on my nerves. But keep it up. Your interviews have taught me soo much👌
Love the story! great interview! The friend comment about working with the boys though, trust me when I say his comment had nothing to do with women. 😊 He was literally saying it’s fun to have fun working with the boys
I have LOVED the information in this Thank You!! I DO have a question though, HOW many times can you use the word "Like" in a sentence? try in 58 minutes?! There are so many adjectives, and or a brief just a "silent oh so brief pause" instead? We know you're educated! When you use "LIKE" 10 times in a string of two sentences....
I enjoyed this but Grace didn't allow Vivan to speak enough. Grace talked so much it took away from this powerful interview. Grace was just rambling on and on..smh
@@theanie_ I believe you gave your opinion in the comments, and I gave mine. You don’t get to determine my truth. My opinion was based off me watching the ENTIRE interview. My opinion isn’t something you have to agree with or like. My opinion is very true to me and if you’re looking for someone to argue with, try another commenter.
One other thing, if you're at home not working, he should be investing things in your name as well. You should have access to cards and bank info, etc, and putting portions into savings. He should want you to have money and be set if not RUN!
If they have the power to feed you, they also have the power to starve you. Whewwww girl that is a whole word!!! Preach!!
FACTS
Great episode!
that's capitalism 😉
RIGHT? barsss
I don't even know the context yet but this is a word🔥
I love these podcasts, we’re finally seeing more women talk about business, money etc.
I LOVE IT❤❤❤
❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Me too & I’m not a woman but so interesting! 👏

Vivian " Anybody who has the power to feed you has the power to starve you". This should be on a tee shirt and a car bumper sticker.

One of the best interviews. Two brilliant women talking money and success.
Vivian Tu is awesome. Her book made me confident in my finances. Such a good read. It’s also on Spotify.
If only it were available in 🇨🇦 I tried all the ebook links!! 😢🤷♀️ it appears to be blocked! 😮
Thanks for this. I'm gong to listen now!
How is her book called I want to buy, I prefer paper copies.I know it's better to save but in this case no for me.I prefer paper over online.
Thank you so much, just pulled it up!
Thank you!!

Went and bought Vivian Tu's book on audible within first 12 mins of watching this.
Getting it
I knew I was saving that credit for something special
I GASPED out loud when she said he bowed and said it was a kimono.... WOW!!! But the wrong brand of Asian... 😂😭💀 but seriously who says that... especially in an office. 😢
I appreciate that Vivian talks about numbers. Many influencers are not ok with that but I love how transparent and honest she is about things
My small business is recently thriving and I finally can say I'm making money. Not yet spending it because I'm thinking of making it bigger and bigger and working day and night.

Her prenup discussion was so real
Oh heyy, I thought I recognized her. I used to be in a youth volunteer group with Vivian growing up. I had no idea she was living this life lol. Good for her!

hands down the most fun I had listening to an educational podcast!!
I've watched numerous interviews with Vivian as the guest and I love how she shares something different in most of the interviews.. I just purchased her book and I'm looking forward to it..!! =)

I love her clarity.
This gave me so much motivation to focus on my finances even more. Thank you so much for your high quality content.
Love it but regretting not hearing or thinking about savings in my 20s 😢.
This was a very insightful episode. I suggest adding timestamps though cause it'll be easier for us as the viewers when we want to come back and recall something
This interview was incredible! So inspiring to hear two women speak so candidly about issues we all face
Vivian's mission to revolutionize our approach to finances is both refreshing and empowering! 💰 Her insights from her time at JP Morgan and her innovative "Strip Acony" process offer actionable steps towards financial security and abundance.

Beverly's jacket is so well structured. I would love to know who is the designer. Both women are wearing quality clothes.

Marriage out of community, it harms the caregiver in the family.
