    This set of exercises starts our weekly challenge: 7 days and 7 different trainings.
    For each day I have prepared a different training set for you: without leaving home and without the use of additional equipment.
    Our last training consists of 5 tabats.
    Tabata is a type of interval training characterized by a high pace of exercises placed in short series.
    We exercise for 20 seconds and rest 10 seconds, the whole
    we repeat 8 times which gives us only 4 minutes of the series ☺
    Training does not require the use of a mat!
    Short series, easy movements and the ability to preview during breaks of subsequent exercises - all to facilitate and improve your training.
    Interval training is the perfect solution for those who have little time for training and want to get rid of excess fat and gain their dream figure.
