TBH, when I was watching and the Yankees led 5-0, a part of me said "Uh-oh, we're screwed, the Yankees are regaining momentum and might have to win it in Dodger Stadium". And the half part of me was: "I trust my Dodgers and hopefully they make a miraculous comeback". And then, 5th inning happened 👀. That was one of the most intense comeback in a MLB postseason game. I have watched MLB for 9 years now and 9 years Dodger fan. Blake Treinen's nasty slider to get his final batter and Walker Buehler closing the game and clinching the series with only 1 day rest are the most clutch and nastiest pitching I've ever witnessed
Teoclucth always come through when needed, Freeman owned the Yanks, Mookie shut the haters and became Mooktober. So glad to be rooting for my Dodgers. Star-studded but fundamentally-sound baseball team💙 They can't say about the 2020 WS Championship now. 2024 is the validation. Managerial masterclass from Dave Roberts throughout the entire postseason. IDC what they say about him being fired and his contract, he might manage this team as long as he wants. ⚾🏆💙

They will also have options on what to do with Kershaw, Buehler, and Flaherty. Oh, and there is Roki Sasaki, a 22 year old pitcher in Japan, that the Dodgers are front runners to sign. While I was watching that 5th inning, it felt like watching one of those bad Disney sports movies where the big bad opposing team starts playing like garbage so the main characters can make a comeback, like "aw nuts I dropped the ball".

Yes it was an inning melt down for the ages. But, never forget 2003 and “8 runs in the eighth inning”!!! Another meltdown for the ages! Cubs versus Marlins.

MLB needs a Salary Cap for teams like the NFL so big cities with alot of money don't dominate the sport. Also, they have way too many regular season games that makes it hard to spend the amount of time to follow your team.

And during the season mookie and Freddie were out sporadically. Shohei was the anchors of the team, willing them to the playoffs. Without ohtani the dodgers would have a tough time making the playoffs. And stealing all those bases took a toll on him. He was beat up by the time of the playoffs.

You can't make this up, Jomboy confirmed everyone's suspicions. The 5th inning debacled commenced almost immediately after Fat Joe was flashed on the JUMBOTRON at Yankees stadium. Sucks to be FAT JOE'd.

Wow. I only caught the last innings of the game. The Yankees were up 5-0..with Cole on the mound??? How can Judge be such a head case in the playoffs that he drops a routine flyball out? To be paid the amount of money that he gets and you're in the World Series dropping a can of corn. That's so gross.

SF hasn't peaked 😂. They haven't even been whole this season yet. They really pick it up in November and have since Kyle has been there . Brock is having a great year considering the revolving door of wr and rb. Hell Mahomes looks terrible this season but has an amazing defense to keep him in the games.
