Jack came during the season when we needed him most. He helped lead us to the best record in the league. Wherever the road leads you, you'll always be a Dodger to me.
Nice job kid! You delivered when we needed you. While you might not be here next year you will always have this year that you brought the title to the home town!
Flaherty most likely not suiting up in Dodger blue next season. But he got banged up in the postseason a bit, but for the most part he did his part to secure that World Series title.
Dodgers only had 3 starters in the post season, 2 that were mainly used. Flaherty and Yamamoto. Without Flaherty, there is no Dodgers World Series title. He got the job done
@@penname4764 That is true. But he did have a couple starts where the other teams got to him early. And the bullpen came in and picked him up. But no denying that Dodgers don't win without him.
If he does, he'd have to be very team friendly. Definitely a big part of why they won because no way you want Bobby Miller or one of the rookies out there. I'd be fine if he comes back, but he's definitely bottom rotation guy with some pretty big upside if he's well rested and feeling right.
Would honestly be a mistake to let him leave LA. He's the most durable arm the Dodgers have. Including all the arms on the IL. He pitched more innings this year than any Dodgers starter has in 5 years.
Jack was DOMINANT in Game 1 against the Mets, and he set the tone by only allowing 2 runs in Game 1 of the World Series. Sure, he didn't pitch well in Game 5, BUT the Dodgers don't win in 5 without his NLCS performance and Game 1 WS performance. Hats off to you Jack. You deserved this ring, and I hope you're wearing Dodger blue next season.
Alot of players won't wear the team gear off the field. Homie is rockin it though. True hometown kid. If you don't end up staying, good luck to you wherever you go and thank you for your service Jack! 👊
He help win game 1 with a crucial hit. He played with a dislocated shoulder!!! Just to scard yankee and still got on BASE MORE TIMES THAN JUDGE!!@@omgbygollywow
@@djnoplay766yes he was destroying before the shoulder. But he will be back and even better next year! I don’t think I would let him pitch too valuable as a hitter plus we probably don’t need him to anyway.
J Flo huge presence and club guy, definitely part of the blue culture and a hometown kid. You definitely wanna see him back to run it back, this time with a Sasaki in the starting core with guys like JFlo, Vesia, Treinen as well. That looks to be a huge pitching squad with the incoming guys from the IL
Hometown Hero! Amazing pickup, really helped the Dodgers in the regular season. Some great starts in the post, and some not so great. But you helped us get a chip and you will forever be a Dodger Blue. Hope you are back next year, and if not, we will be forever grateful.
Jack is an awesome guy, and so happy he was on our World Series Dodgers team! I have friends in STL who said he was mediocre! I'm like OMG! When you say that, it means that the team did not utilize him to the fullest extent, or there was some other intimidating factor. STL hasn't been the same since the glory days of Molina and Pujols. I truly hope LA keeps Jack around!
It’s nice seeing a player acknowledge that there is a bit of randomness in the playoffs. The best team does not always been. Been saying for years that the Dodgers are the best team annually, sometimes that team loses 3 of 4 at a bad time. It’s inevitable
I'm not hating, I enjoyed his joining the Dodgers but I don't think it's too likely that he will be on the mound for the Dodgers with all the returning injured pitchers under contract and the likely chance they add another top FA &/or Sasaki
Think he needs 5 days rotation. Did great otherwise, super calm most of the time. Maybe needs to change timing a bit when he doesn’t have the command, he alway pitches super fast which is deadly when he’s precise.
Tough spot jack is in with SO MANY INJURED STARTERS & CHEAPER YOUNGSTERS coming back in 2025. Ohtani, Glasnow, Yamamoto, Beuhler?, Kershaw for cheap?, Dustin MayDay, Gavin Stone, Tony Gonsolin, Bobby MillerTime, Bauer & Urias (jk)(😢)
Not in the mlb playoffs. Great lineups can go cold for a few days, bad teams can get hot for a few days. If it happens in the same week, that’s how you get upsets but doesn’t mean the actual best team won, just they were the hot team that week. Before this year the last times the 2 best teams even made a World Series was 2020 and 2013. That’s how uncommon it is for the actual best team to win it all. Fluke runs happen especially with the added wild card teams. it makes it more interesting for viewers but also makes the playoffs not about finding out who the best team that year was. It’s about who can win the most series during October. That team isn’t always the best from that year though.

I agree 💯
Thank you Jack for helping bring the WS back to LA. Hope you are coming back.
He pitched like s*** thank everyone but him
@@s-tr8wt he kept us in Game 1 by holding the Yankees to just 2 runs...
He's a solid Game 4 starter to have in your rotation.
@@losangerooski9517💯
@@s-tr8wt He had two great starts in both game 1's of the NLCS and WS. Winning game 1 is big.
We know for sure he will be pretty good or really bad. #4 starter. I hope Dodgers will sign him.

Flaherty was so clutch. The man stepped up big time. Even better that he's a fellow SoCal and was able to win it in Dodger blue. Great guest!
St. Louis native here. So happy for jack! He deserves it!

He is staying. Dodger for life.
Mookie wears the Pantone 294 LA hat as well
@@CheckMyReviews oh thats right! he does and i think Joe Kelly does too
Ohtani was huge for Dodgerz this year! Everybody elevated play because of it
He carried Dodgers for months. He brought Yamamoto. His deferred contract allowed the Dodgers to sign Yamamoto, Hernandez and Glasnow.
For months? Throughout the season!

The secret to winning is talent and teamwork! Bravo to LA.
This might be Uncle Colin's best week ever....and I don't mean with Fox...I mean EVER

Lets go Jack!
Jack is the MAN!! Thank you for helping bring the WS crown back to LA!! Hopefully it's the first of many!!
Bring him back pls !!! Dodgers ❤
Ohtani changed the dynamics of the Dodgers offense. Without him, Dodgers don't make it to the World Series.
Betts had underrated throws from the outfield in Game 5 that pinned runners to bases from advancing. Small details matter the most
It's pretty overlooked how good of an interviewer Colin is. I like them much more than his solo commentary if anything
Hope they resign J-Flair
Jack is a Dawg
Dodger for life! Thanks Jack, we really need that arm this year
Jack sounds exactly like Ryan Gosling
Now I can’t unhear it 😂
Jack, a solid 4 or 5th starter. So valuable to the Dodgers during this championship run.

The grind was real
Where do we get that hat? Can't find it anywhere.
This is the 4th podcast show he’s appeared in this week. Lap it up Flaherty 😂
He is a good interview, so people want him on 🤷♂
Dodgers re sign Jack Flaherty!!! and Teoscar and Tommy Bahama Edman 💙👍😁
Edman is already coming back. Signed through 2025 season...
Jack, thanks for all your efforts but you did not show up for game 5. You had an opportunity like you did in game 1. Good luck with your new team.
Your delusional my friend
Thanks Jack! Word is you wont be back next year...good luck!

Go Dodger , we have a new leader Mr. Jack Flaherty stating up to the Padres, were were you Max Muncy?
Hopefully Jack stays home! Baller.

Congrats Jack
Very good. But will be very expensive
Hnnnnnnnng, I miss my hometown.
Think blue!!!!+
Jack got a long neck
I didn’t like the move to acquire Flaherty …he shoved all year.
Minus 2 key games. Luckily team picked him up in the second one
He’s good at home, on the road not really

He's not coming back.
dodgers also have no idea how they got mookie
Flaherty is going on all these sports talk shows to promote himself for a bag
I don’t think a general manager is going to be influenced by any of this lol
Haha! I actually thought about that after seeing him like 4 different interviews 😂

I didn't even know dodgers have won lol I always hear about The San Francisco Giants
The best team does in fact win every year in every sport
Not baseball
