This is a problem on the 20+ as well. Just had to get mine done.

I’ve heard some good results from gold plated terminals connectors for the L5p if you wanna give those a shot next time.

Is it correct tbat the wires are not polarity sensitive?

If a circuit is monitored by a module like the injector and ABS wheel speed . They are polarity sensitive
