Hey man. My mother also had very bad diabetes. I put her on a very strict diet, helped her with nutrition and told her what to avoid and her doctor actually couldnt believe the changes. So I'll give you this tip too, what you make of it is your choice: Stop eating things that have carbohydrates completely for a few weeks. no noodles, no bread, no rice, no sugars, no fruit. when you go grocerie shopping look at the back of the package and make sure it never contains more than 2-3grams of carbs per 100g eat meat, cheese and vegetables. your diabetes will be gone in weeks. for some reason most doctors like to give out pills instead which only help with the symptoms but dont get rid of the root of the problem... which is that there's too much sugar (carbohydrates) in your blood. its that simple.

This is by far the best home chest workout with a resistance band that I have seen on the internet. All other home chest workout shows some difficult pushup variations workouts and difficult bodyweight exercises that are hard and not for all viewers. These workouts resemble what people do with weights in the gym. Thanks.
I liked the workout and will use it, but the wide stance single arm low crossover works the upper chest. I was taught anything low works upper and anything high works lower.
I disagree. If you start low and go high you’re going to work upper. If you start low and come across you are working in the same line of contraction that the lower pecs work so you will work them. Think about the bench press. If you do an incline bench you are pushing up and are working in line with the upper pecs. If you’re on decline you’re now working in line with the lower pecs. So if we stay low and come across that is one of the beat movements for lower pecs with bands since it is about as good as you’re going to get with being in line with the muscle fibers.
Just started doing the workouts. I have just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis so I'm slowly getting back into working out. Currently I cannot do heavy weights because of wrist, hand, ankle, and feet pain so hopefully resistance band can help me get back into shape.
when laying on the floor for the chest press. Put your arms through the handles, that way they're not flopping around when you bring your arms up and down.

Something I discovered during today's workout, regarding 6:35 Wide Stance Single Arm Low Pushover, at the contraction point, I twisted my wrist so my knuckles face forward, and I feel like I was able to contract just a little more. Try it out.

Thanks! I have done a lot of barbell, dumbbell, and band work and I believe bands give the best pump and allow you to quickly and easily work the entire chest. Let know how it goes.
ACHV PEAK Best things I've bought an cheaper than the weights an barbell Ive got. Much better feeling after workouts an definitely feel my chest burning after. Can't stretch more than 35lbs at min but looking to get stronger.

A low band crossover can help with it as well as doing a more wide grip press and keeping your hands wide throughout the entire movement. Also, I’m not sure what your body fat percentage is but that is a spot that will typically store more fat then the rest of the chest. The outer and outer lower portion of the chest is prone to store more fat.
ACHV PEAK Many thanks. I'm 42 an body fat is a problem as can't shift it off as well as I used to an i will try that lower band crossover an also keep my arms wide as they do tend to go narrow as I pull upwards when doing the incline bench position.
Thank you! Been looking for a good resistance band workout at home. Still a good workout without the pushup. For some reason since surgery push ups are more difficult. This makes sure i get a solid chest workout with full contraction and no worry of hurting anything.
Appreciate the video. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in hands and feet. Hard to grip dumbbells and weights etc. But want to get in better shape. Resistance bands workouts very good!
Simon just keep trying and you will get there. Life is like a toddler they keep falling down but keep getting upper until they eventually walk. You just keep getting up guy. Don't let anyone or anything discourage you. I was given one year to live in 2007 but I am still pushing. God Bless you
