That can certainly help. But I think how many carbs you should eat depends on your goals. Carb timing is the important detail I think a lot of people over look too. I typically eat around 100g of carbs each day and on heavy or longer workput days I'll have 200-250 max. But that's what works for me
@@ACHVPEAK good point on carb timing. More so than just carbs, I’ve noticed that cutting out grains has helped too. I’m 6’1” with 11% body fat and never been more fit. But I also have had gut issues in the past, so maybe more carbs/grains works for you compared to me. Either way, not eating bread everyday is huge!
Couldn't agree more! I try to stick with oats, low sugar yogurt, bananas, and veggies for my carbs. I notice when I have a lot of grains my knees ache.
Love resistance bands. Less chance of getting hurt and it works equally well as dumbbells.

That is dependent on your form and strength. You should be using enough resistance to feel a good burn about 22-25 seconds in.
