I'm curious to know more variations of focusing lat back workouts. Only knew lying lat pull down and attached to the door from one of your previous videos. It would be great combo together with triceps like Pull Workouts. I have been using bands for 3 months now. Thanks again from Brunei.

Yeah that's the only thing with bands is the movements are very similar to weights but there's just some small nuances that you have to figure out before you really feel it
You know it's crazy, I haven't had any shoulder issues for the past 5 years using only bands and for this video I picked up the weights for the first time and wouldn't you know it....that same nagging shoulder pain came right back. I'm telling you, I don't miss that feeling.
@@JamesGrage thats wild! You were the 1st person that got me into bands when Covid hit and once the gyms opened back up I went back to dumbbells. No idea why I did because I made significantly more gains with bands and the issues were non existent. I can honestly say your vids have saved my body from some serious issues. Thanks man!

Thanks for coming back! I’ve just started with actual bands. I’m trying to in the best ways to anchor them, and so far all I can come up with is using my basement pillars 😆 Haven’t food too any good outdoor locations for anchors yet.

I got a set of bands and gloves at the start of the pandemic. They are fantastic quality and nice to have when I don't feel like leaving my house.

Saw videos of James from years ago when he was lifting weights. He gained significantly more muscle when using bands. Very inspiring.
I don't know about that. He definitely looks smaller now. He is a lot more lean, but for sure smaller.
