So I’ll just say your muscles need 48-72 hrs to repair and grow so I’d do push days (chest, biceps and shoulders) then pull days (back and triceps) then leg days.. You can workout core, calves and forearms pretty much everyday if you want. Also go REALLY SLOW and REALLY FOCUS on the muscle you are trying to workout during each exercise you will see better results doing it this way and try to focus more attention on the negative motion vs the contracting motion you get more results pulling the muscle apart for growth.
