I'm using bands to build chest and shoulders because I have a 2 year injury to my left shoulder somewhere been watching alot of band videos like yours and so far I enjoy yours the most. Maybe make a video about chest and shoulder injuries so we don't get hurt again or more.
Was using Undersun bands for about a year but the thinnest band snapped and they were losing resistance quickly. Also, flies and curls were uncomfortable even with gloves. You finally convinced me to get the Bodylastics pro set and man, those handles are SO comfortable. Cheers!

Have you ever considered demonstrating loop bands with a weight bench setup? I'd like to add loop bands for chest using an incline bench for an alternative to standing door anchors.

A good anchor means everything. I was using a bottom anchor doing rows and it slid under the hole at the bottom of the door and hit me in the chest. But if I did these workouts before that happened it would not have hurt.

If you have the slightest tendency for your arms or pecs to experience symmetry issues in growth, wouldn't recommend it, because you're using the bar for everything. I have the x3, but don't use it much. Either dumbbells or bands for one-sided exercises.
Hi dave , I'm training with resistance bands but the only muscle I feel it painful the next day is only the triceps , I can' feel my chest and my biceps what is the problem?
I've been following you now for years. I really have bot been able to work out because of my situation. However We just bought a house and it has an unfinished basement. It has no doors down there so my question is what would be the bast setup with bare concrete walls. I am thinking a couple of lag screws into the concrete and a couple of more into the joists above me. Any ideas. Thanks Dave.
Nice video Dave! Love Bodylastics equipment, been rocking it for a few years now. You know what product you might like is the Iron Chestmaster from Ron Williams. It's such a good chest pump, combining a push up with a resistance band fly essentially. Give it a look, and keep crushing it man!
I truly question whether you get real tension as you do with weights or machines. Its also a bit uncomfortable since the band is pulling you if you go truly heavy as usual. Doing rows specially it feels either not heavy but difficult since its pulling you or it feels too light on the muscles. Just my experience.
I would assume this is when doing to chest flys? If so make sure your traps are down and go slow so you can feel the tension in your chest throughout the entire movement. Check out this video where I explain this more. ruclips.net/video/Ye85rda8sTY/видео.html
I am so sorry this happened to you, they have been really bad with inventory/customer service and shipping ,for this reason I do not recommend them any more and have taken down my review and have notified people not to buy from them. I recommend disputing the charges on your card with your bank and leave them a negative review on Amazon. again, I am sorry and no longer will promote a company that has these same issues.
Dave I heard from you about torrobands in the past and I ordered them on 21 October 2023 ! I have never received them... I have send them 3 emails asking about the status of my order . They answered twice in December and January that they will look into the matter the next business day... but they never sent any information! I think I lost my money! So check the companies you propose!!
This is why I no longer promote Torrobands. If you take a look at my community post and I tell you why. I encourage you to leave negative feedback for them on Amazon for they are now selling on Amazon. Bodylastics is the number one selling resistance band company in the US. I do not expect the same issues with them.

I have been using resistance bands for almost 3 months now. I don't have the space or money for weights or a gym membership. I find these standing exercises that use an anchor point from a door not only exercise the targeted muscles of the exercise, but also your core. Keeping your body in proper position requires you to work the muscles of your abs, obliques and lower back.

What might I be doing wrong? my shoulders and arms burn but i feel very little in my chest when doing that first routine.
Are you squeezing/contracting the chest when you cross over?
Lower the Bands. Sounds as though you're primarily working Deltoids/ arms.

Awesome but for super pump i do chest exercise with one hand only its powerfull💪
On the second exercise I was feeling it more in my upper arms instead of upper chest.

Do you have any tips.. when i try to go heavy on some ancor chest press .. i loose balance like im not heavy enough.
