Would you please do a full body workout with the bodylastics door attachment. Preferably with the full time and rest sessions included. I like when you do those and give suggestions during the rest stages. Keep up the great work and enjoy your New Year.
I did the same thing also for many years. Mainly because I didn't understand why people worked them out and how the muscles apply to the body. Once I developed that "mind muscle connection" I felt like I reached a new level of fitness.

More great content Dave, I’ll have to try those advanced face-pulls 👌. A game changer for me in regards traps and bands was doing unilateral raises, almost the same as you showed…. But rather than being face on to the door, stand side on…. When you start the eccentric part of the movement, tilt your head in the opposite direction….. effectively lengthening the stretch, time under tension, pump and burn 👍
Dave, if you see this - for the Alt Trap Shrug where you isolate one, do you want to contract the other shoulder blade during the shrug? Are you trying to pinch the shoulder blades together or are you keeping the non-worked shoulder blade just slightly engaged? Thanks for all the awesome videos!!
DD is there any way you could possibly make a video which targets rear delts specifically? I recently suffered an injury and i have very little activation im my right rear delt, and the physio told me to use bands to build the rear delts.... thank you for the quality demos...
Great trap workout, especially those trap raises and the face pull lifts! Sidenote, there are two sets of time marks in the description. The second set is what youtune used to mark the chapters but don't match the start of the trap exercises. Not sure if you were aware.

Resistant bands are so underrated. I love weights like everyone else but in my opinion the pump is better using bands

Is the face pull lift similar to the traps pull up exercise?
