      So can you make a video abt the disparity between The left and right sides of the body? And how to go about shoring up the weaker side.     *Summary:*
    *Exercise 1:* Kneeling dumbbell shrug (0:36) The benefits is that the lower body out of exercise to remove momentum. When shrugging, imagine bringing the shoulders up and towards the ears.
    *Exercise 2:* Cable overhead trap raises (1:28) This exercise works the lower traps which are crucial for shoulder balance
    *Exercise 3:* Twisting trap shrugs (2:23) The goal of this exercise is to allow a maximum stretch on the muscle and it also follows the fibers.
    *Exercise 4:* Dumbbell shrug row (3:38) The benefits is that we initiate with the traps which gives extra trap work without much extra time.
    *Exercise 5:* Dumbbell prone press (4:27) This is an incredible lower trap builder by demanding the lower traps to stabilize. This also works the rhomboids a little.
    *Exercise 6:* Reverse trap flys (5:20) It may look like a face pull, but remember to shrug the shoulders as you pull back.

      Teaching how to grow your traps and he doesn't have any traps, the first exercise is perfect, the second is a front deltoid exercise, the third is bull shit, he is using his body to pull the weight by twisting, the 4th is bull shit too, he invented that exercise, that looks like is working the read deltoid not the traps, the 5th is a joke, you will never see a serious advanced or professional bodybulder doing that bull shit and the last one is another rear shoulder exercise, I'm impressed by the ignorance of his viewers , he got 21k likes and it is all because he is just a small lean guy that is all he has but he is a nobody, just a fit average guy. bottom line is that let's say when you do bench press for chest you are also using your triceps, does that mean that is a tricep exercise, Nooooooo, when you do back and you are pulling the weight you are using your biceps and forearms, does that mean that is a bicep exercise? nooooooo, those muscles are involved in the movement and working indirectly assisting on the movement but let's say when you do back you are working 15-20% biceps so that is why you do isolated movements to hit the biceps directly without involving other muscles, plain and simple.

      Virgin Villain Jealous? Not at all I just wonder why you people see him as if he was the best bodybuilder, he is just above average trainer, he is a small lean guy, that's it, he must weight less than 180 lbs.. I See people paying trainers at the Gym lots of money and those trainers suck but people are stupid so what can you do about it? 😂😂😂I'm just giving my opinion, or do you expect all comments to be positive?🤔🤔🤔When I was 18 years old I was bigger than him..😄😄

      Youre just a internet joke.
      He is in his mid 40s and genetics play a huge role in how big you can get. Quit spreading your salt everywhere and instead do like anyone with a working brain would do, take his fucking advice!
      You know, some people have to put down work to get big, while you chose the needle route. I suggest you stay of em roids and do what this man says

    Jeff. You are amazing. I've been working out at home for about 3 months. 2 of those months I only missed 4 days and I was doing 2 to 4.5 hours a day. All my routines are from your videos.       Some exercises/ science/ concepts/ tips repeat, but there are always a little bit different nuances. That’s why he’s so great! And I watch many of his videos multiple times!

    Love this heavy weight / low weight spread. That way I can keep some exercises for gym days and stay on the lighter side with equipment at home. Great concept. Keep at it Jeff !

    I was a trainer for 20 years and I have learned more from this man and these videos than all the classes and certifications combined. Any dislikes he gets are from trainers that know they are a sardine swimming next to a great white. Instead of getting angry and jealous how about try to learn something?!

      Most of my friends have left-sided scoliosis (right shoulder is lower). Meanwhile, liver irritation can cause muscles on the right side to spasm. Coincidence? I don't think so. It seems like eating habits affects everything.

      Put weights on your wrist/ ankles and do your normal stuff without breaking form

      If you’re doing a lot of pushing I.e. punching throwing etc be sure to do a lot of pull exercises. Otherwise you are asking for injury. Jeff talks about this.

      If you're going to be doing rack pulls (which I really like doing) you might as well do it just below the knee to work the spinal erectors in addition to the traps. Two for one. GIT R DONE!

      TroutButter not really optimal. The traps can bear greater load on the rack pull, meaning the erectors are worn before the traps.
      It's like how farmer's walks aren't optimal, as the forearms wear before the traps, etc. For trap isolation (but with the overload achievable by a compound movement), you should probably do them above the knee.

    Q: #5 Dumbbell Prone Press - what is the set position for your head (face front)? Is it touching the ground and if so where is the pressure point? From the looks of the video the forehead is holding the head up. Thanks for the great video!

    Shrug with row looks amazing. I like to use the tbar row machine with chest support to squeeze traps only, without the row part of the exercise. Let me know what you think!

Love body/weights strength fitness please please cover as much as you can for 27 years of my actual age I should be a head of the program but sadly I will proud to say for myself still have no clue but willing to learn more about what to do and not to do, specially when it comes to weights strength fitness so please do not stop updating the videos so I can at least get to where I need to be.

    Hey Jeff thanks for all the help I am 58 years old I've muscle ain't seen since I was 18 but I have two bad knees I had one replaced twice and I need another one on the good knee can you show some kind of exercises that will help people with bad legs Bill legs up I build my upper body and my abs but I need to work on my legs something I can do that won't stress out my knees thanks for all the help Jeff you help me get in shape after all these years

      Tanny Ocean not every one are so attracted to their wife after many years of pumping to be that possessive. Most men are already at saturation point with their wives. Also if you have to hide good looking guys from her, well there are many in real life.. good luck. Also women are mostly not attracted to 4-5% fat extreme bodies.

    thanks for the tips. i was doing the old style of trap exercises and just learned of the harm and pain it was doing to my shoulders that i have been experiencing for some time and blaming it on my bench press. i look forward to try these routines.
