Teaching how to grow your traps and he doesn't have any traps, the first exercise is perfect, the second is a front deltoid exercise, the third is bull shit, he is using his body to pull the weight by twisting, the 4th is bull shit too, he invented that exercise, that looks like is working the read deltoid not the traps, the 5th is a joke, you will never see a serious advanced or professional bodybulder doing that bull shit and the last one is another rear shoulder exercise, I'm impressed by the ignorance of his viewers , he got 21k likes and it is all because he is just a small lean guy that is all he has but he is a nobody, just a fit average guy. bottom line is that let's say when you do bench press for chest you are also using your triceps, does that mean that is a tricep exercise, Nooooooo, when you do back and you are pulling the weight you are using your biceps and forearms, does that mean that is a bicep exercise? nooooooo, those muscles are involved in the movement and working indirectly assisting on the movement but let's say when you do back you are working 15-20% biceps so that is why you do isolated movements to hit the biceps directly without involving other muscles, plain and simple.

Most of my friends have left-sided scoliosis (right shoulder is lower). Meanwhile, liver irritation can cause muscles on the right side to spasm. Coincidence? I don't think so. It seems like eating habits affects everything.

Hey Jeff could you do a video on what muscles to train in order throw harder and faster punches and kicks and what exercises to do? I am training MMA so it would help greatly.
If you’re doing a lot of pushing I.e. punching throwing etc be sure to do a lot of pull exercises. Otherwise you are asking for injury. Jeff talks about this.
If you're going to be doing rack pulls (which I really like doing) you might as well do it just below the knee to work the spinal erectors in addition to the traps. Two for one. GIT R DONE!
TroutButter not really optimal. The traps can bear greater load on the rack pull, meaning the erectors are worn before the traps. It's like how farmer's walks aren't optimal, as the forearms wear before the traps, etc. For trap isolation (but with the overload achievable by a compound movement), you should probably do them above the knee.
Q: #5 Dumbbell Prone Press - what is the set position for your head (face front)? Is it touching the ground and if so where is the pressure point? From the looks of the video the forehead is holding the head up. Thanks for the great video!

Shrug with row looks amazing. I like to use the tbar row machine with chest support to squeeze traps only, without the row part of the exercise. Let me know what you think!

Love body/weights strength fitness please please cover as much as you can for 27 years of my actual age I should be a head of the program but sadly I will proud to say for myself still have no clue but willing to learn more about what to do and not to do, specially when it comes to weights strength fitness so please do not stop updating the videos so I can at least get to where I need to be.

#5 dumbell prone press just changed my life! Finally got the traps to release their tension and relieve a multi-day migraine.

Put weights on your wrist/ ankles and do your normal stuff without breaking form

Hey Jeff thanks for all the help I am 58 years old I've muscle ain't seen since I was 18 but I have two bad knees I had one replaced twice and I need another one on the good knee can you show some kind of exercises that will help people with bad legs Bill legs up I build my upper body and my abs but I need to work on my legs something I can do that won't stress out my knees thanks for all the help Jeff you help me get in shape after all these years

Also if you have to hide good looking guys from her, well there are many in real life.. good luck. Also women are mostly not attracted to 4-5% fat extreme bodies.

thanks for the tips. i was doing the old style of trap exercises and just learned of the harm and pain it was doing to my shoulders that i have been experiencing for some time and blaming it on my bench press. i look forward to try these routines.
