    My fave is the pull aparts. Simple and effective for rear delts (helps improve my posture). 👍

    I love to superset or giant-set shoulders. Bands are fantastic for this format.

    Not cause I'm a band guy or clench fitness loyal fan but I never trained shoulders effectively like I do when I start training with clench program I really feel shoulders more than free weights 💪

    BTW - another greta thing about the Clench products..its easy to just pack 41" bands, the handles and the door anchor when on a road trip.
