I started using bands when I started doing supersets and I didn't want to spend time changing the weight on my adjustable dumbbells. The Clench handles really make the transition between exercise styles seamless. I highly recommend them for anyone switching from weights to bands or incorporating bands into their workouts.
@@ClenchFitness Being able to standardize my ribbon band adjustment by counting loops is what really sold me. With tube bands I measure distance from my anchor, but that's not so easy when you're just stepping on a ribbon band to adjust tension. What brought me here was a better way of doing band deadlifts.
EXCELLENT! I am going to use the dead lift technique! I do use the handles quite a bit but never the dead lift! Learned something new today! The stacking is another one. KEEP ON ROCKING! PS: I don't do the BIRD THING!......LMAO!
Great video, watch it when learing to use these. These handles are amazing. Very versatile and super strong. The are very comfortable, the ribbing is not a factor for comfort. BTW if you are creative with your anchor points, you can do everything you can do with an expensive BowFlex. I have one and hardly ever use it.
The only thing that I think the handle lacks....in my humble opinion.....is having a grip that can rotate (or spin freely) to prevent the wrist from getting injured due to having the tendons and such in vulnerable stress situations. Again,....just my opinion. I thought about rounding the grips off and slipping a slightly larger piece of pvc tubing over it.
Excellent presentation, thank you very much (although I think it would have been even better without music) ! Do you ship your handles to Europe, or otherwise do you have a distributor in Europe ?
@@ClenchFitness Thanks for your answer, good to know. Even if your handles are not expensive, I’m a little short on money right now. I will have to wait a little, but I’m definitely interested.
How many pounds of pressure can those plastic handles take before they break in half? How much use can they undergo before the plastic starts to degrade, show hairline fractures, etc.?
Check out this video, we load up the handle near the end. ruclips.net/video/SV2QhpjJBCQ/видео.html We've found that the good on the handle will bend to the point where they lose function at around 350- 400 lbs.
I just want to know how to correctly use them for storage. Is there a video or description of the technique? It seems the handle cut one of my red clench bands. :(
The handles are a great addition to resistance band training but I would disagree that the grip fits the handle perfectly. It doesn't go all the way around, so there is a large enough gap that I found uncomfortable. I sent the grips back.
Love my handles, love my bands and love the anchor. Clench has changed the way that I workout and have never felt better. Do you guys think you may create a bar that it's as outrageously priced the the X3?
We wanted to keep it lightweight so it would be a more universal tool for all resistance band users! It may not be metal, but the manufacturing process and type of material used to make the handle is extremely strong and durable. If you'd like to see how it handles under heavy loads, check out this video ruclips.net/video/SV2QhpjJBCQ/видео.html
I agree. It's a problem on some TV shows too. If they need the music to manipulate your emotions then the actual acting and writing must not be that good.
I have another question - could i also use the handles for push-ups? Like Push Up Bars or Push up handles?
excellent. Been using my new handles but was not being as smart about it. But now I am educated!!!
Awesome Pete! Thanks for watching!

Love the grips
Woot woot! Thank you Robin!
Two minutes in and I am sold. Just bought. Looking foward to incorporating these into my band workouts.
Great thanks! What did you like most about the video?

Love these handles!! The J hook style have their uses, but for 98% the clench handles are the best.
A Great 👍 presentation Brandon, really love my band kit plus the door anchors and footplate.
Got mine today. Thanks for the video.
Thank you!
Excellent video. I just got my handles , thanks for the info .
Yeah buddy!! Thanks for watching, glad it helped. Also, thanks much for ordering, we really appreciate it!

Awesome CJ! Glad you learned a couple things from this one!

Thanks for the great feedback! So glad you like the Clench Band Handles!
Clench handles are fantastic!!!
Thank you! We really appreciate that!
Great video. Good refresher on how to use handles. You gave me a few ideas in my exercise program. Agree with CJ Moore on deadlift.
Thanks Steve, glad we got your wheels turning!
Thank you for this video
Thanks for watching! Glad it was helpful!
@ClenchFitness just ordered a pair of your handles, now I will have a better experience using bands to build muscles

Awesome! Look forward to your feedback once you get it!
Just ordered

2:46 you didn't show demonstration on how to get rid of slack with wider bands like you did with the smaller ones
It's the same concept. Wrap the band around multiple times.
Best handles in market
Thanks Gamal, we appreciate that very much!
Hello, please tell me what is the distance between the fastenings on the wall?
We recommend about your wingspan across. If securing to wood studs, just choose the studs closest to that distance.
Is the neutral grip useable when the band is anchored by the feet or the footplate or only safe for anchored overhead on the wall positions?
It works however you can anchor it and keep tension on the band.

How much for the handles

Would love these but shipping to Canada costs more than the handles..
Please send us a message to info@clenchfitness.com we should be able to find a shipping option that's less expensive than the handles!

why did you not make them out of metal?

You covered what size band can be used in the handle you didn't cover how much load it can handle
Yes, check out this other video we did on the handle strength! ruclips.net/video/SV2QhpjJBCQ/видео.html
The background music should never be so loud that it competes with the person speaking. Do you want me to listen to you, or the music?
I agree. It's a problem on some TV shows too. If they need the music to manipulate your emotions then the actual acting and writing must not be that good.
It's not really in the way though is it? I've made this same complaint on other RUclips videos so I have that same issue too but this seems ok to me
