12 Band Exercises That EVERYONE Should Have In Their Program! Спорт
Great video....Just as a previous comment, I, too, no longer go to a gym. I purhased some Clench Fitness bands and handles during the pandemic and started working out at home. Ended up back at a gym for a while, but after we moved into a new house with a good size garage (in a new town), I bought wall anchors and some floor matting and created a nice home gym. The floor board is my next purchase. Thanks, Brandon!
That is awesome, thanks for sharing your experience! Glad we could be a part of it!
Brandon, as always excellent video. I no longer go to a gym after the PLANDEMIC. It was YOUR Companies Product that made me work out at home. I have all size of bands and anchor mounts. I have learned quite a bit and can do a full body work out. Save money and time and privacy of your home. I watch MOST of your videos as you can show stuff that I can learn from. As always, you ROCK! KEEP ON ROCKING!
🙏 we appreciate you CJ!
Brother, I was searching for something like this!
Thank you and instant subscribe!
Are you going to have a full body workout that incorporates the footplate here soon?
Also, any nutrition recommendations?
Great video, maybe in the future include Chapters.
Thanks! RUclips sometimes adds them for me automatically, I'll get them added!
Could you make a video of glute pullthrough with bands?
We can certainly revisit it, but I think there are a lot of other exercises that are even better for building strong glutes! Here's a playlist full of them: ruclips.net/p/PLRmiaeB0BfPQ-D9YvQbi8VZO7ZJVsp9nB
What are those handles you used for the curls? And where did you purchase them from?
We make them at Clench Fitness! Here's a link to the product!

Hello, do you know which one of these bands may be good at strengthening my shoulders? I’ve been getting shoulder pain for years, on and off, other than massaging my shoulder’s, icing and heating them, I was thinking maybe I could start doing exercises and stretches that could strengthen them
Here's a video we did that should help!

@@ClenchFitness Ok, thank you, I will watch the video
How much for the handles only? I already have some resistance bands from the physical therapist

Do your bands get micro tears over time? For example if I stretch them really hard when doing overhead presses with the Step and an Innstar Bar, is it possible that the bands are being overstretched and get micro tears?
All latex resistance bands will get damaged when they are overstretched no matter who makes them. We've spent a lot of time testing and developing the construction of our bands to help mitigate the risk of damage. Typically, if you don't stretch it beyond 2x its original length, you will not risk overstretching.
What is the width of the innstar bar, and the platform you are standing on, and also what is the height of the bar when you are fully extended into the overhead press?
So if you look at the Channel from GamerBody at the Video "Can The Serious Steel Resistance Band make You Stronger? | Review" its the exact same setup im using. Rouge Bands unfortunately get micro tears doing overhead presses with them, or even go up to front squads. The guy is 180cm tall and im 187cm tall. So Im wondering if it would be safe with your bands.@@ClenchFitness
Is it possible to do these exercises if you only have 1 band set vs. a 2 band set?
Absolutely! Most of the exercises are being done with one band. For the exercises that utilize two bands, you could just complete unilaterally!
Hey, where i can found this board that you anchor your bands?

How far are your anchors apart? My setup would be just under a full wingspan, I’m concerned this would be too narrow for chest flys
Ours are mounted 64" wide. If it's just under a full wingspan you are probably still ok.
Is it possible to add resistance bands to a pistol squat?
Yes absolutely, I haven't done a video yet because I suck at pistol squats 😅
Brandon, I LOVE your honesty! NO BS. #much respect@@ClenchFitness
The best exercise to restore mobility is none of these. It's heavy prowler pushing and pulling. At least for recouping from knee, hip and ankle injuries and more. This is if done correctly. I have a homemade one in my yard loaded heavy with sand bags. Push it 100 feet with flat feet pushing off one leg at a time. Then walk backwards emphasizing knees over toes while pulling it with a handle.
