Do you ever look back at your older videos and see how far you've both have come in production and workout quality? But it's nice to change it up for workout routines and go back and forth on your videos. Keeps the muscles alert.
I don’t do it often… i cringe most of the time lol. But I’m sure in a few years when I look at our videos now I will do the say. It’s strange watching a video of yourself. Worst of all when we our own workouts I find myself saying and making the same expressions as the video without realizing it.
