how many times a week could someone go swimming to lose weight is 2 times a week good for that or would you need more then two times a week
Greetings. From the sculling drill, it was not clear what a proper pull should look like, e.g. do not take your hands down to your waist, scull and not flat-hand push, etc. Rather the ‘out’ and the to the chest ‘flick’ of the sculled hands is what you demonstrated. It is this aspect of the pull I I think more detail could be given. Thanks !
Great video and perfect timing! Get to destroy me legs tomorrow with the Breaststroke Technique workout in the Get Fit (IM) plan! Workout says 3x100 Breast (Breaststroke/Freestyle) does this mean I should do 100 free, 50/50 free/breast, and 100 breast?
Good question! This just means half breaststroke, half freestyle. So ideally 50 breaststroke/50 freestyle - but you can do it your way too! Good luck!

I’m a new swimmer. Getting ready to swim my first Triathlon. I have been practicing freestyle and breaststroke mostly. This might seem weird but I’m constantly sucking in water with my breaststroke. Would wearing a swim cap help with that?
No just need to lift your body so insted of lifting your haed try lift yoir body more
