I think this is the most impressive city I have ever seen. It’s also my favourite one I’ve ever seen! I like it so much because everything is your own, all fully customized. That makes it unique and 10x more impressive then a bunch of sets laid down on a baseplate. Good Job!

Great city update! Love the new buildings, especially the amusement part entry building. The skyscraper is great also. But I do have one question for ya. You guys are just doing a façade for the big buildings, right? To do interior would be a big waste of pieces since most will not see them.
Thank you! Yes, just doing facades for now, the smaller buildings and shops will have interiors in the future. Just too expensive to do interiors in the skyscrapers, outside of the lobby areas

Idea for you. There's "batteries" you can buy that you could fit in your battery pack for the ferris wheel. These are actually empty, but one cell is linked to an outlet. You could link it to a smart outlet to turn the wheel on and off

And I haven't always been sure of the way you guys decided to the water, but after this video I'm convinced it was the right choice. has a real great feel to it.
Thanks! Still have that middle area to fill in with trans clear plates and tiles, but can't wait for it to be finished. The camera also doesn't really do it justice, looks a lot better in person!

Wow, this one gives the ultimate Miami vibe! We actually made a skyscraper based on the 500 Brickell Avenue (square circle building seen a lot in CSI Miami). This one must’ve cost you guys a lot of bricks and repetition! Great work and we love seeing your beautiful clean city expand over and over!

The new city layout is AWESOME! And why didn’t you go with the LEGO vintage monorail track. I love the Hilton hotel it adds so much character and life to the skyline.
We wanted to design our own! And the vintage track can be expensive to source/ looks a little thin in our opinion!
@@AFOLTV Your right they are pricy and yours looks so much better! I recommend placing the monorail beside the highway and having it run parallel to it. That way you can still see the buildings.

This is an awesome city! I was wondering if the main underlying table is several smaller components pushed together or is it a single unit? It’s hard to tell based on the video. I’m looking to start a Lego city and wanted to use a very similar table setup.

I forget if it said but does you hotel and the rest of your builds have full interiors as well?
Only smaller shops, lower buildings, and lobby areas have interiors for now, just too expensive to do interiors for the skyscrapers!
You should make a car deliship on the extra space
We were thinking that would be a cool addition as well! Probably only a showroom, a dealer lot would take too much valuable real estate

Do you have UV filter films over the windows?
We don't, we keep the shades down on the South facing ones, and the eastern ones only get a small amount of direct sun in the morning, it's indirect sunlight for most of the day in the room
Is there going to be a bridge for the road behind the Christiansen Federal building?
If there wasn't an access hole there, there would be... we may make one that can be removed when needed, or cap the streets with dead ends. Haven't decided yet!

Glad you asked! There will be a sidewalk on the backside bridge, which connects the two sides (extension of the sidewalk in front of the Federal Building)

Most of the buildings here are Lego City "brands" or Lego puns, and then you just have a Hilton Hotel
We were actually going to call it the “Builton” but we weren’t sure if it’d be as recognizable - there will be other real brands added in the future as well, and we already have a bunch on the vehicles
