Even without all of the real intricate effort you've made with the lighting, the whole place looks fantastic and really does make me think of similar older buildings situated here in our little downtown area. With the lights everything just immediately gets heightened ten-fold from what it already was!

@@BevinsBricks I wonder if it might be achieved by using part # 892 (alt #’s 30259 and 39728) in white and clipped to a bunch of 3mm flex tube that’s been formed into a sphere. I saw a curved roof done by Ralf Langer with these parts and it looked pretty cool. I’ve never seen a sphere done though so not sure if it’s possible. Might be worth some experimentation.

As far as the alley between the sheriff's station and the hotel it would be awesome if you could line up the fire brigades back door with the alley as some fire stations that are on major streets often have thier trucks pull around backand enter from behind.

First of all, I really love the new style of videos you’ve been doing this year. Really enjoying them. The fact that you’ve chosen to make smaller but still detailed builds is really great. People will probably feel like they can actually create builds like these as opposed to the huge builds you did previously which are very expensive to create. The small town city looks great!

When the light comes on it is beyond amazing. The road does come together really well. And once buildings go around the corner to hide the wall the immersion will be perfect.
I would however suggest changing the Diner and the cinema as much as possible. 3 Buildings i see in 9 out of 10 lego cities are the Marvel dr Strange building (The one with the green roof and the round roof window) the Diner and the Cinema.
So far the mainstreet reminds me of real streets and buildings i have seen. With those two in place it reminds me of Lego cities i have seen. Obviously you're not to blame for those 2 being overused to no end. Just my perspective.

Just WOW! This little downtown area is really coming together nicely. And I absolutely agree.. with your electrical background, your city lights are simply amazing. It truly does have that small downtown feel with all the little building details and greenery... And your water tower and the end of the street is awesome. But, if you have ever been in a real small town, you know someone always has to defend their sisters name on the water tower!! The ladder, the catwalk, the small can of paint in a figures hand.. I have no doubt that you can do it!! 😂🤣

This looks amazing and I love how you seem to have this rejuvenation about your lego city. I remember a couple months ago you almost called it quits on RUclips and now you are just pumping out great content.
I also love how you're known for going bigger and making things more grand and the start to your new city is a small town. Keep up the amazing work.

Thanks man, I was on the verge of quitting simply due to the fact that I never really got any views. Creating this new channel has shown me that I was right on my statistics being so screwed up on the other Channel that I would never get recommendations. I also learned that I need to tune people out more. Which was why I ended the discord and such. I always had too many different people in my head giving me thoughts and opinions and it disrupted my creative process. As long as things continue to move forward as they are I'm hoping to see some real growth this year. I am really feeling a lot better about posting videos now they just take a lot longer to make them with this new format Style of videos.

The city is looking great. I cleared off my one table that had my train yard on it completely today and now I am trying to find out how I will do my modulars on that table since I know I want my police station and boutique hotel over in the area that is getting worked on.
