Great job ya two👍🤓👍.. id call the dip in the water was a score👍🤓👍. Bet that dip felt good bill. Thats why i always keep a few beach towels under the back seat in my truck. Great to see Christine out enjoying some beach time before her snooze. A lil unwind from work time before bed❤
Thanks... the water was perfect... like a pool. I usually also keep towels but took everything out of my truck to clean it up. I did have extra clothes but just elected to dry off naturally. Christine is a real trooper because although I picked a beach semi close to her work, The traffic getting home was not great.
That was a nice switch having Christine meet you after work. Congrats on the nice finds and sharing yet another great time on the beach :) Yeah
Thanks... I forget how close her work is to the beach. We will be doing that more often. Only draw back is her having to drive home tired and paying for 2 vehicles.... oh well... the parking is worth it.

Classic Bill-Christine back-and-forth along with a good variety of fun finds! Bill exposed a secret that California tourist boards don't want anyone to know...SoCal summertime ocean temps average mid-to-upper 60°F range (20°C). 🤪

GREAT job getting that chain, Christine. Chains are so hard to get, especially deep ones. You should be so proud! I'll bet that water felt great after hunting for a while in the heat. I can't even go to the beach while the sun is out here in Florida...surface of the freaking SUN! So hot.

Great finds guys. Great beach hunt.
Great Day with the X-Terra Pro Christine and it has a Great Horseshoe Button that will tell you that it's a JUNK Steel Target, but it's Better to go ahead and Digg it up and get it off the beach And the X-Terra Pro isn't really that hard to understand what it's trying to tell you about the Targets. But I do wish that It would lock in on the Coins More, but One Or Two jump's Is normal bounce back that I'm Use too having with other Detectors, but still a Great Chain Find Bill......
We agree... it turned out to be a much better machine than we expected for under 300 but yes, we usually do dig everything. Even if we assume it is going to be trash it is better to remove it.

Loved Bills reference to frog rings... Ive commented in 2 of your recent live streams about finding frog rings and both times it got a good reaction from Christine.
Yeah...it was a lot for her to come out and hunt after working all night but she is a trooper. She does not like the frog rings...lol.

Well I did take her back to Vegas and she spent 2 days at the pool. Obviously we never left the hotel at about 107-110 degrees. Now I know why you don't hunt in the summer...lol

Hi Christine & Bill Wow that was great you were together on this hunt. Christine came out winner just on the edge of a knife . She also had a silver whale tail, necklace, rose pin and lots of coins including a dollar. Bill was a close second with silver ring, 2 chains, tent stakes and coins. That was a great hunt together. I love hunting at Manhatten beach, I hit that beach serveral times a month, you should try the next beach down the road, Hermosa beach, and next to that beach is Redondo beach, lots of finds in the summer time, Really like your videos, Bill, and Cupcake Rock.

nice finds how was the water? very nice knife
The water was warmer than I expected. I could have stayed in it for a while.... Christine killed it especially finding the knife toward the end. It is in good shape. I have already used it to open some boxes even though it is not really that kinda knife...
I still can't get over how much you all pay for parking....wow!
We have a daily fee for parking on the beach on Padre Island but you can buy the yearly pass which is alot better and cheaper.

I really miss metal detecting, haven't been out for about 5 months, had a vary scary event with a car load of guys looking for trouble on the beach. tried to find someone to go with but to no avail. 😞

It was delicious... Grilled cheese sandwich with avocado spread from Starbucks. It is the one thing that is really good there!
