Great hunt Bill! Lots of cars and jewelry. Those shoe lights… I laughed for ten minutes thinking about those toe luminaries!!! Then Christine’s Beeedooo, beeedooo. Excellent video guys! Plus coins galore.

Thanks. I was not expecting to find much because everyone is hitting the beaches a lot lately... but wow, it started off slow and then I started finding a lot of cool things...I was thrilled to find the knife... mainly to remove it. It was stuck open which is very dangerous.

I bet it's much cooler after the sun sets. My husband was asking about your croc light set up I thought they worked great for this hunt. I'm pretty sure the one piece of jewelry was an ear cuff.
I really do like hunting at night... no hat and much cooler. The croc lights turned out to be very helpful and I just need to get a better headlamp and I am all set up for more night hunts. Yes, it was most likely an ear cuff.

I never have an issue removing bad stuff... I actually talk to the beach and tell it to reward me for cleaning it up...lol. Christine rocks

It was very nice at the beach... I think it was about 75 deg by the time I started hunting. I am always happy to remove bad stuff....

UPdate sitting at 102 rings after this last weekend. one was a 10k promise ring with 2 tiny diamonds out of a tot lot.
LOL... yeah, I am getting all the lights dialed in. I need to find a headlamp that does not flicker when filming. Nice ring count!!! Wow, I wonder if the promise stands after losing the ring?
@@DigginSoCal I love the tot lots for these type of find’s. I also found a 14k gold bracelet and 4 gold earrings all from 3 tot lots in the yakima area. The day before that I found a silver bracelet with the charm also marked 925. These tot lots in my area have produced for year’s. After the 4th is the time to hit them.

Sharp objects on that beach are scary good that you got them off that beach. Those knives were really good off that beach now.

I wish you had said how many hours you were out there. All the cars are the best finds, in my opinion, plus the quarters. The knives, hooks and rusty sharp pieces would make me never walk on the beach without shoes. It’s really horrifying. Thank you for the great entertainment and for making the beaches and playgrounds safer. 🎉
I thought I did but I started hunting at 5pm and stopped at 10pm. Yes, the sand is full of things that can cause injury.

Many of our beaches close but I have never stuck around to see if they would actually enforce it. The lights are pretty cool.,

Christine is the Mel Blank of car sounds! Note to self... Always wear shoes when going to a California Beach. Stepping on that Rusty nail would have been a disaster! Bill you know that when you have shoes with lights on them and you're out at night at the beach with lights on that you are definitely addicted to beeps! We understand...
I wish I could glow in the dark...lol. Yes, addicted for sure. I dream of detecting. If I had one superpower it would be to see gold...haha.

I think we do better in the dry... makes sense because more people sit there then actually go in the water.

What’s the temperature there? It’s been over 100 where I live in Texas to hot to get out to hunt
It is currently hitting the 90's but usually about 10-15 deg cooler at the beach but not a given. We just got back from Vegas where it was 107

Yes... I have never stayed past the closing time so I am not sure how serious they are. Lots of homeless sleep on the beach and under our piers around here.
