Honestly I really think Noble 6 may have been a Headhunter. Think about it, Kat said that his record was covered in black ink, Carter tells him to "leave the lone wolf stuff behind" while also implying that he has scored as high as Master chief in tests of lethality. Plus, there was even a mission where Noble 6 and Jun (who we know was a headhunter) went out on a Binary team.
Only two Spartans are labeled as Hyper-Lethal-Vectors, MC and Noble 6, meaning these two Spartans can take out entire armies on their own(or so I hear)
Sadly, Noble 6 fell under the circumstance of conflicting main characters. There can only be 1, so the main main character stole the rest of his plot armor
I want to see the next Halo game they make(after Infinite) to be basically just Noble 6 doing what he was doing before Noble, and then at the end of the game you get to see the opening cutscene to Reach with him joining Noble
This seems to support 6 being a Headhunter. He was described as a Lone Wolf. His file was nearly drowned in black ink. He was the one that went with Jun on the deadly binary style mission. And his personality matches the whole accepting of death thing. Even the last mission shows him wanting to do as much damage as possible before being killed.
A shame, but he died, even if he survived the massacre of the last mission. He’d have to get into a ship and pass the fleet of particular justice which is the arbiters fleet, and they are the elite of the elite. Also the planet would’ve been glassed so six would’ve been frozen and dead anyway
@@ultramovzardproductions1940 maybe arbiter or another elite commander saw 6s last stand and how he killed so many elite warriors to the point where they respected him, they could have captured him and kept him in cryo as a trophy? Or something like that

Rising up the ranks from a minor to a captain to a captain major to a chieftain in the last mission. Fighting elites of several ranks (minors, majors, spec ops, rangers, ultras, zealots). And fight marines, ODST, marine officers, and marine jettroopers (that look like pilots). No assassination ability, but brutes vs ODST in multiplayer for one mode. And brutes with shields vs elites in another mode (but brute shields don't recharge). Brutes get beserk mode and can pick up marines and even elites and throw them at enemies.

Everytime I learn something new about Jun, it just makes the character more and more badass. I know it’ll never happen but I’d love a game where you play as him.
I feel oddly sad knowing these badasses don’t get the same glory Master Chief gets. It’s almost like their lives don’t matter even though they’re constantly risking their lives to save humanity. Thanklessly.
The idea of the Binary squad headhunters is the perfect premise for a halo game. You and one other spartan, pick and choose which one you play as. Built in co op. Even have sections where you both have different objectives that make the missions lone wolf style, where you maybe only see one another at the end of the mission... And you can have perma death. You die, next mission your someone else. A different headhunter with no name... just a call sign.
Your content is so in depth on things I didnt even know! This just proves we're only getting 1/10 of 1% of content Halo can provide... And your that 9/10
I do like your analysis of comparing them to para-troopers I’d have to respectfully say that goes to ODST’s. Headhunters would be considered more CIA/Delta Force. While para-troopers will drop behind enemy lines to conduct raids and disrupt enemy forces they come in much larger numbers to do so. They’re basically entire battalions on demand ie, ODST’s. Delta Force however carry out extremely covert and classified operations, usually with CIA involvement. They deploy in small teams and will usually be out for a long time like headhunters. Headhunters also deal as you mentioned things like assassination, espionage, smaller more precise raids, etc etc which fits a military unit like Delta Force a little more.(Delta Force also doesn’t technically exist according to the United States government so another comparison.) Anyway I just felt like talking about that but great video man keep up the good work!
Your essentially talking about task force 88, and the other task forces which are made up of CIA, Marine Raiders, Delta force, and DEVGRU. they literally would hunt down terrorists and do "black op" missions, if you wanted to call it that. There are more then Task Force 88, that's just the current one. There all made of Tier One forces as well.
I'd like to see a video on the silent shadows. But what I don't get is why you never mentioned Noble 6. Clearly at the beginning of Reach, Carter said he's glad to have him on the team. But the lone wolf stays behind. LONE WOLF
Noble 6 doesn't have a concrete past, and it's something I really should make a video about. Basically his entire history is black ink because Bungie wanted to make him as blank of a slate as possible for the player to project their own lore/history/personality onto, but they wanted to make said blank slate as minimally cool as possible. Vid coming soon about it :P
HiddenXperia it would be amazing if Six was a headhunter. Seeing Reach's ending and reading Fall of Reach makes me think Six is still alive. Somewhere still kicking covenant ass. Cause you just can't end Reach at that Mined mountain at the end where Blue Team was at!
Six wasn't a Headhunter he was a MJOLNIR Equipped Spartan-III working for ONI against Insurrectionist units mostly. Most of Spartan-III Headhunters wore customized SPI Variants.
I Don't think Headhunters are equipped with MJOLNIR Armor.Spartan III's who wore MJOLNIR where special and they where chosen after training.Headhunters where chosen from the beginning and they where taken to different camps so that the program would remain secret even to they're peers.B312 was extracted from Beta Company Right after training by Kurt-051.In Jun's case he was a Headhunter but he started using MJOLNIR Armor when he joined Noble Team.Headhunters existed as an improvement of the basic Spartan-III's yet they where deploying on suicide missions.MJOLNIR Equipped Spartan-III's went on basic missions to fight the Covenant like the Spartan-II's and the Spartan-III's of Noble Team,Red and Echo Teams and yes there is a Spartan-III Red Team.
The Silent Shadow eventually joined Atriox after killing their leader. It was because they didn’t see the point of killing a brute who didn’t have anything to do with the Great Schism or the Sangheili massacre. So Atriox basically had his own headhunters.
Thank you! always wanted more info on them it is pretty Badass that they honor Emile with the wrath and deaths had variants I don't think any helmet caused fear like his
Headhunters: A halo story Now that sounds like a game I’d play the shit out of, it has to have a dark gritty art style like reach and it needs to have an excellent story, and gameplay kinda like Halo 3 ODST

PortlyLeaf7 you've got a point as we don't see a halo ring, what we see is a very wide but short curve which is what the ark has a mindecant bias is said to be buried on the ark how ever we always see mindecant as a large disc sorta thing created by the forerunners so would he be comparable?
Sp33d Demon i don't understand this bull about gen 2 mjolnir being ghastly. First everyone was complaining how crappy and cartoony the gen 1 armors look and now you complain when they are hyper realistic. I prefer the gen 2 armors as they make the spartans seem more like badasses
Kinslayer Gaming I wouldn't mind most of them if the thrusters didn't look so bulky and out of place. Like they were an afterthought instead of intially planned. But the engine and lighting does make them look cartoony to an extent.
Kinslayer Gaming gen 2 is entirely impractical save for a few models, gen 1 was sleek, simple, and doesn't make you vulnerable in cqc or look like a thumb.
i want a spin off game where ur a headhunter and u go around assassinating insurrectionists and high ranking elites and it would give 343 the opportunity to make a similar game to reach which would bring back fans that preferred reaches gritty and darker art style
If you think this is cool, read about the LRRPs, Recondo, and MACVSOG guys during Vietnam. It’s real life, and a lot of those teams suffered 100% casualty rates. They don’t get nearly enough recognition now that their existence has been declassed
NelsonTingles bro I remember reading books about their missions. 6 man fire teams deep behind enemy lines. And they sometimes used kit carson scouts(enemy turned friend) absolutely badass. Real headhunters.
Reach was glassed a few years after noble 6's death. It is possible that people had survived reach's glassing but June is the only one standing in the noble team and that is alive. He maybe be able to visit reach but the parts that never got glassed. Noble 6's helmet is In a different location in the end cut scene. That means 6 had survived the glassing and June can maybe recover the rest of the people and 6. It is a possibility that Halo 6 is going to be about reach or any other game in halo.
halo 5 was such a wasted opportunity, imagine if Locke was a spartan with a very shady past, a counter part to master chief, to where as chief was the hero a proud warrior, Locke was Onis secret assasian, who no one has ever heard of, because everyone who knows about him are the dead. Locke could perhaps be so shady it shows that he carries out mostly hits on human rebels, killing even innoncent family members to achieve his plans, or even torturing women and children. Locke naturally has a hate towards the old Spartans because he feels like they are wrongfully worshiped as gods and saviors of the human race when in truth they committed just as much war crimes as he did perhaps. Locke is ryan called upon to hunt down chief who has went rouge, because Locke is perhaps specifically trained to hunt down rouge Spartans, and maybe has even done so in the past. The point is to make his past seem as shady and as dark as possible. Then during the campaign it is reveled more and more just how much crimes ONI has commited and maybe some evil plans to take over the outer colonies etc etc, and also show that they might hold just as much if not more power than the UNSC. The climax of the story can be that in a fight between chief and Locke it is revealed that the spartan Locke has killed in his past, was a spartan who failed to obey order similar to chief and was actually a friend of chiefs, to make the conflict at max. The story can result in a similar way as halo 5 where a mutual threat forces the 2 to temporarily cooperate but ends with a cliff hanger where they might battle it out in 6.
You should've told 343 industries cause that's actually pretty cool but if they did do that who was the spartan that was chiefs friend who is it going to be cause in the past games he hasn't made friends
Here’s a great idea for a fanfic: what if Emile killed the Field Marshal during Winter Contingency? How would the rest of the campaign for Reach play out??
HiddenXperia now now Sergeant Johnson was a Spartan l and he was a complete badass you'd just think that it'd take more than a 1 second laser burst to kill him through his BDU and enhancements
I’m not saying new thing are bad but by making the Spartan IV’s so widely available it took away the magic of Spartans to begin with. The Spartan II’s were usually silent, stoic, badass, and most importantly rare. This rarity had both a reason and an upside by making he most dangerous human being around. The Spartan III’s were arguably a downgrade but still just as badass because instead of taking into account that genetic requirement it just took any child it could with lesser genetic tampering but equal amounts of fatalities in the processes of creating a Spartan III. But with the Spartan IV’s we have adults soldiers who’ve proven their effectiveness in battle being augmented “safely”(as safely genetic augmentation goes) and are mostly taken from ODST’s and other standout soldiers. Again not saying Spartan IV’s were something to scoff at but I am saying making them as plentiful as they were and as common really took away the magic of human ingenuity and grit coming from the deepest darkest recesses of our imagination which in turn save us from the brink of destruction. Instead we have Joe the best sharpshooter in the company turned into joe the newest Spartan IV
Jordan Wilson I don’t think Buck is an average soldier either if anything he survived far too much as an ODST (human)to not be considered the protagonist of his own game. What I’m saying is that the idea of Spartans being soldiers who were made out of sheer desperation was fascinating to me because despite the terrible things needed to make them they became the poster child of hope and human ingenuity during the human covenant war. I understand that realistically the Spartan IV’s were necessary due to the rising threats among the galaxy but what I’m trying to say is that the Spartan II-III (and Spartan I’s like sergeant Johnson) were badass because they were made as a last ditch effort to make humanity feel like they had a fighting chance against the covenant horde. I could possibly just be salty that 343 continued the story of Halo past Halo 3 and neutered Halo in terms of making it just another standard shooter(that’s another topic in its own right) but I still believe the inclusion of the Spartan IV’s somewhat diminishes the harsh realization of what the war was meant to be and that’s a desperate holdout on humanity’s part to just barely scrape by when all else felt lost. Again I could just disagree with 343’s ideas in the new halo series but I just don’t like the fact that Spartan’s have now become another faceless space marine rather than the stoic hero’s of old that they once were known to be.
@@tfk_001 The problem is that Call of Duty has been losing imagination. Same with Halo I'm afraid. A remastered ODST with more missions as an ODST would be a good way to go
cralo uhh no it's not sure it's covered in black ink but it's well know that he wasn't a headhunter at least it should be if you read up on him on the wiki he was used against the insurrection and would go day a or months long missions to bring down organizations and he never went on a Spartan lll suicide mission because he was pulled out before Operation Torpedo

Everytime I learn something new about Jun, it just makes the character more and more badass. I know it’ll never happen but I’d love a game where you play as him.
"I kill the enemy, but do not hate them."
The Emile in the thumbnail kind of reminds me of something that would be in a horror movie trailer.
The Covenant Spartan *I don't think that's Emile hiddenxperia said that some of the "headhunters" wore that helment...*
Dcaz11 Hobbs. Oh that makes sense
I feel oddly sad knowing these badasses don’t get the same glory Master Chief gets. It’s almost like their lives don’t matter even though they’re constantly risking their lives to save humanity. Thanklessly.
We need a video on the Silent Shadow
"Gory, Gory, what a hell of a way to die"
Lord Clang The Intolorable wrong war buddy,
Paratrooper song not headhunter lol
ONI’s headhunters. The literal definition of you can’t spill secrets if your dead
OOHHH SHHIT I LOVE THESE GUYS
*Halo Reach 2 launches with Despacito 2 pre order pack!*
AND it also comes with bonus Dame Tu Cosita and Howard the Alien lootboxes :^)
Omg I can't wait!
Despacito 2 is Art lol
Shadow Paradox FUCK YES
Ha ha very funny can we be friends please
Maaaan those elites look real badass!! Make a video please
Beanu Reeves That was a super interesting comment!
Thank you!
Specifically, Headhunters are more comparable to the CIA's Special Activities Division and Special Operations Group.
Caleb Kolenda TF141 is fake though.
Douglas Rutland didn't he just say some headhunters wore MJOLNIR?
Man Emile could easily be a head hunter
The Silent Shadow eventually joined Atriox after killing their leader. It was because they didn’t see the point of killing a brute who didn’t have anything to do with the Great Schism or the Sangheili massacre. So Atriox basically had his own headhunters.
Imagine how big Halo will get if the halo tv show does well. *_INSANE_*
The Man Bruh I don't understand why they haven't done it!
Hassan Henry they're working on it as of now a couple weeks ago was the first update about the show since 2013
I really hope it's good
Wait they are making a halo tv show? Is it going to be live action or like animation?
Rainbow Cheese94 live action
Noble 1 mentions at the begging of reach and said “ no more of that lone wolf stuff “ to noble six so maybe he was a lone wolf headhunter
The Halo Reach mode is the only true headhunter
Fossiled studios and its gon kinda :( literally my favourite mode except maybe mongoose/warthog races.
Kurt Ambrose showed us the way B-312 perfected it
Thank you! always wanted more info on them it is pretty Badass that they honor Emile with the wrath and deaths had variants I don't think any helmet caused fear like his
Headhunters: A halo story
Now that sounds like a game I’d play the shit out of, it has to have a dark gritty art style like reach and it needs to have an excellent story, and gameplay kinda like Halo 3 ODST
Yes mom I'm part of oni
*O* I

Yeah.. i dont get it.

Nah mate just, just stop😑
Spartans never die, they're just MIA.
Yo hiddenxperia, you forgot the 4th headhunter we know of, noble 6
Noble 6 was absolutely a Headhunter. Just a lone wolf one.
What if mendicant bias was the AI that master chief uploaded into his helmet in the engine demo
PortlyLeaf7 you've got a point as we don't see a halo ring, what we see is a very wide but short curve which is what the ark has a mindecant bias is said to be buried on the ark how ever we always see mindecant as a large disc sorta thing created by the forerunners so would he be comparable?
Dear God the War Master armor is hideous. Then again, most Mjolnir Gen 2 armor is ghastly.
Sp33d Demon War Master is one of the few Gen 2 armors I like. Specifically the helmet.
Kinslayer Gaming Its the opposite for me the gen 1 looks like armor and the gen 2 looks like plastic
Kinslayer Gaming gen 2 is entirely impractical save for a few models, gen 1 was sleek, simple, and doesn't make you vulnerable in cqc or look like a thumb.
A fool to challenge me!
The Arbiter I have seen you on the latest hf vid on Marty O’Donnel
The Arbiter
Hmm...
Were it so easy.
hay Arbiter long time no see
Wort wort wort...wortwortwort
Right off the bat, an ONI symbol.
Spartan 4S are extremely underrated. And I would love to see a head hunters game in the future.
i want a spin off game where ur a headhunter and u go around assassinating insurrectionists and high ranking elites and it would give 343 the opportunity to make a similar game to reach which would bring back fans that preferred reaches gritty and darker art style
I'd actually like to see the Insurrection in a Halo game. We only hear about them and see them in a few animated movies.
Real headhunters.
....so they're the Navy SEALS of the Spartan program. Got it..
SEALS aren't any better than the other SOCOM assets. Headhunters are more like JSOC assets.
Na fam they're more like marsoc or some shit
Delta Force. Seals are bitches.
This is so cool I ran a small clan in halo reach a little after it came out called the headhunters and didn't even know this lore that is kinda cool.
I miss the Spartan 2s, their armour is just so awesome. The Spartan 4 armour, appearance wise, is too much for me.
Jonah was the sadistic one. Roland was the tactical one.
Nonetheless, excellent video 👍
I am a monument to all your sins!
I'm nO fLoOd
I'd love to see more of Jun at some point, either in a book, or another game!
He my favorite for sho
Any video about the Elites is a TOTAL YES PLEASE :)
If there where no heads to hunt what will the be called?
Magenta Freak Kneecap Hunters.
I thought this dude meant Headhunterz lel
Do a video on the elite counter-parts please!
A halo lore video with gears of war music and call of duty classified transitions. God I love the internet
I knew a headhunter before he went MIA. One of the best Spartans I knew.
halo 5 was such a wasted opportunity, imagine if Locke was a spartan with a very shady past, a counter part to master chief, to where as chief was the hero a proud warrior, Locke was Onis secret assasian, who no one has ever heard of, because everyone who knows about him are the dead.
I would love to hear about the covenant special ops.
NOTIFICATION SQUAD.....
LADS
I C O N I C
I always love how he asks if we want stuff. Like anyone watching is a halo nerd. YES WE WANT MORE HALO LORE
Ever just rewatch this remembering that you watched this when it came out, and then realizing this video is 3 years old 💀
Yeeesssssss Silent Shadow!
Here’s a great idea for a fanfic: what if Emile killed the Field Marshal during Winter Contingency? How would the rest of the campaign for Reach play out??
What's you're favorite Spartan program? Mine is the Spartan III's.
Master Chief Petty Officer John-S117 3s
Toss up between IIs and IIIs, not a fan of the IVs mostly for various reasons, and Is are cool but they're not proper Spartans :P
HiddenXperia now now Sergeant Johnson was a Spartan l and he was a complete badass you'd just think that it'd take more than a 1 second laser burst to kill him through his BDU and enhancements
Master Chief Petty Officer John-S117 trees
TheJman445 well Johnson was invincible throughout the games until he got so badass that he accidentally killed himself
These Halo videos.... Are absolutely.... Brilliant.
Awesome video man you popped up on my recommended and was not disappointed
Imagine masterchief and noble 6 as a binary headhunter team 😱
Jorge>Emile you can’t change my mind
i eat potatos
Emile is just a edgy fool!
i I am ready! HOW ABOUT YOU!
Well he is the only spartan II on Noble team
The big man WAS sentimental
Honestly I don't really like Spartan IV's.
Random Nerd who’s does all the new shit sucks in the halo franchise.
Games_Guns_NerdStuff in my opinion, halo 5’s multiplayer was literally just better COD
@@tfk_001 The problem is that Call of Duty has been losing imagination. Same with Halo I'm afraid. A remastered ODST with more missions as an ODST would be a good way to go
Imagine this: A tactical co-op halo game where you and your teammate are a headhunter binary team and perform black ops missions.
Halo Reach is seriously one of the best games in history, wish I could go back to the good old days and play it again
Wasnt six aka spartan B312 from halo reach also a headhunter?
eraldorh was literally just thinking this
eraldorh nope. Six was something different
eraldorh *I believe B-312 was in fact a "headhunter"*
His story is covered in black ink, so it's a mystery.
cralo uhh no it's not sure it's covered in black ink but it's well know that he wasn't a headhunter at least it should be if you read up on him on the wiki he was used against the insurrection and would go day a or months long missions to bring down organizations and he never went on a Spartan lll suicide mission because he was pulled out before Operation Torpedo
2:30 you mean missing
“Ashashin”
I think a Halo: Headhunters game would be awesome! Sneaking around taking out high value targets
Combining a few Black Ops images, Gears 4 background music, and and Halo lore. Best combo ever
