    This is a great video, but I'd like to see more beginning reformer workouts, or at least those with modifications. Would also be wonderful to see some body diversity in instructors.

      @@PeakPilatesHQ I love my Fit reformer but the difference in spring colors from other machines makes using other training videos more difficult. I am 50 and use the Fit almost daily but would deeply appreciate some training material that was tailored to my device so that I can focus on the workout and not spring tension translation. Thank you!

      @@jenerosity23 All Peak Pilates® reformers come with five springs. One red in the center which is heavy resistance, two yellow on either side of the red which are medium resistance and two yellow on the outside, which are light resistance. Every company has a completely different spring system, so the springs will vary from reformer to reformer. You can get to know your reformer further through your owners manual, which comes with the reformer and is also available through our website. Navigate to the reformer you have, click on features and specifications, and scroll down until you see the link "Download the Owners Manual". peakpilates.com/pilates-equipment/reformers/

    I thought slow control was more important than speed
