I think more than half the attraction women have for me is that I don't drool and chase them...I seem disinterested (mostly I am, yet my body is very interested) and try to not indulge them in any kind of conversation, which makes them try harder. They're a living reminder that YAWALT even your precious Slavic tradprincess, honestly that's the only reason I keep in touch with them.

If your woman is irrationally thinking/accusing you of cheating or treating as such despite you never giving her any reason to do so...

My sister recently followed her hypergamy and married a 6'4 tall white guy genetically out of her league, (she's 5'0 and aged). He comes across like he might be on the spectrum, so his social skills are very poor, and he's clearly very blue pilled, but I can't for the life of me understand how he takes all her bullshit. She's belittles him and treats him like a child and he just eats it all up. My baboon family think it's great that she wears the pants in the relationshit, but when I see their interactions together I want to puke. It's not all covert either. He literally won the genetic lottery physically, and he happens to come from a very wealthy family, but when I look at him I can't help but think that he threw his life away.

I was hanging out with my brother earlier today and both of us were hungry and there was a food place 5 minutes from where we were so i asked if he wanted to grab something quick to eat. His answer was that his woman at home would kill him if he did that. I have been in simular situations with friends and that is insane to me. A woman controlling when and what a grown ass man can eat like shut the fuck up bitch i eat whenever i want.
They literally can't even join me in going out to just take a beer without calling home asking if thats ok. It makes me sick how weak they are.
Sad but true. This is pretty what I observed from 90% of the male married men I have been friends with. Such a sad existence. This behavior was actually one of the first subconscious red pills for me, when it comes to women and marriage. I would always sit there and think "why the fuck would you accept that?" When everyone else was just nodding and laughing along with their "happy wife happy life" bullshit.
This reminds me of when I was head of a volunteer organization here in San Diego and we would have our board meetings over dinner at an Asian restaurant called "Khan's Cave." One of the board members would never eat, never even order an appetizer platter or anything. I asked him why and his reply astonished me: "If my girlfriend ever found out that I was having Chinese food without her I would never hear the end of it." That girlfriend, a stereotypical SoCal blonde Barbie type popped in on 2 of the board meetings for bullshit reasons just to check up on the guy (pop in and pop out sort of thing). I can't fathom being under that sort of oppressive control. I've had some micromanaging bosses in my day, but this is 10x worse because you can't ever clock out.

I had friends that would tell me to memorize some elaborate lie to tell their girls about where we were going, and all we would be doing is just having a beer and watching the game. Going to bars and clubs was forbidden for one guy I knew, so I was instructed to tell his wife we were going shopping for fishing rods lol

My brother is still with the same woman as i talked about in my story 4 years ago. He has pretty big responsibilities at his job, he drives and pick up the kids from school, he drives them to football practice and are even the coach in one of the kids teams. He even cook their food when he gets home. I have no idea wtf she contributes with.
He is a super human with a lazy wife and i hope he doesn't die from the stress. He seems happy despite all of this but you never know.

My brain will never consider it normal or okay for a woman I am dating to be talking i private with other men throughout the day. I think the female brain took to this easily, and you see old women doing it, because it is unleashing their natural hypergamy and allowing women to more fully optimize their sexual strategy. I think a lot of men are having a hard time dealing with this. Also, I grew up in a time when women didn't dress in yoga pants with their cleavage hanging out with a push up bra and spaghetti strap low tank top. If I saw a woman like that in public in the 90s, then I assumed she might be a prostitute. So, my mind can't wrap my head around taking a GF dressed like that to the mall to have other men stare at her ass, camel toe, and tits. No wonder marriage rates are so low.

The usefulness issue is something I’ve been aware of since I was a small child. I remember my own mother and her friends having these conversations about other men, men that were married to a woman they knew whom they deemed useless and unworthy because he earned less money or found himself unemployed.
Women really are alien to me, I can’t connect with them or empathise with anymore. When I’m near them I just want away from them. Your old video “The Parasite and the Host” sums it all up for me really. The female of our species only takes, it never gives. As soon as men stumble upon something new women will descend upon it and claim it for themselves. Admittedly I do resent women, I see them as less intelligent, less honest and less capable.
Exactly how I feel, but it's nice, knowing to avoid the time wasting and resource wasting parasites, it really makes daily life a lot less stressful.
I (a former MGTOW) largely agree with your comment until your last sentence. You critique women on their capableness (a criticism I agree with); but this is a charge women levy against men, as you admit in the first paragraph. A lot of redpill/MGTOW types bring up ironclad criticisms of women and yet want to measure their fellow men with how "useful" they are to society. Do you condemn your mom's friends for their judgement of usefulness or do you object to women doing so?
First off, those who use the term redpill unironically, don't have the full picture of male-female-relations in the contemporary West. Blue, red, and black pills are all stuck in the paradigm of individualism. Red pillers will work out in the gym, study hypergamy, improve their posture, etc. but they are assuming that they (out of millions of other men, will succeed with women.) The pills will (POSSIBLY) help individual men, but the problem which brought about red pillers in the first place will remain because its systemic; taking the red pill is like 100 men being sprayed by arrows and 1-10 of them putting on a suit of armor that MIGHT protect them, and if it does, they have to wear it for the rest of their lives.
Secondly, I left MGTOW, in as much as I got sick and tired of seeing all these (correct!) critiques about women being spoiled by an environment of men who just want to complain about women and not use political force to achieve goals. @@JarinXeno

If you were you’d know there is little to nothing we can do about this stuff, especially through political means. Stardust made a good point about the purple pill men, men who are savvy but not all the way there. Given your statement you sound a little more like this that what most of us here would deem red pill. Also I’d argue mgtow isn’t really something you join or leave, it’s not a club for men to complain about women. It’s an insight and each man really has to determine what it means for himself. Yes for a lot of men it will be similar - being done with women, choosing a lonelier path, self reflection blah, blah, blah. But just because another man calls himself mgtow doesn’t mean I will agree with him.
People need to get BEYOND the red pill, and all the so-called pills. The pills are exactly what they are; pills that an individual can pop into their mouths. there are political solutions to our problems but people don't want to execute action because it's hard work and dangerous work it's much more easier to just live in our current system and gripe about women on the internet all the griping the world will not solve the problems that exist between men and women in the West and things will only get worse the longer we do nothing.

I've pretty much cut women out of my life for the same amount of time. I also can't imagine what regular people feel when they willingly go out with these women, but I can observe. Here is the thing, in my opinion women are the most addictive substance in the world. As people who are not addicted, we can observe and find their actions absurd. Like those who take dirty needles and shove it into their arms. But to those in relationships they can't imagine anything else.
I've seen people who become like sobbing wrecks for years after a relationship has failed. They look like a thirsty person wandering a desert. Then the first obese stupid piece of shit they meet, they give all their possessions and attention to, just to get their "fix". For those who's been single for a long time out of choice, for them life is basically about infinite freedom and infinite possibilities. I can quit my job and move anywhere, do anything. While someone who is blue pilled, it literally like in the Matrix, their minds break when they are left without the validation of women. The best thing I can say to these men who has been addicted for years/decades is that it's going to get better after a couple of years. The thirst will go away. Develop some self-esteem, a personality, experience freedom, dedicate time to yourself rather than giving your life to a fat piece of shit who's only contribution to the world is that she has a wet hole.

Women nag and complain about relatively inconsequential things, but they make it seem as if their nagging and complaining is what’s keeping everything from falling apart, as if they saved the day and made things right with their petty nagging and complaining. I agree with you but only thing I would say is I do think video games are more of an escapism and depending on the individual can be quite a destructive thing in their life I know it was for me I was at the point I hated life and hated gaming but still gamed all day cause it was better than life and when your in that cycle it’s a incredibly depressing place to be and it’s not as easy as just “get a new hobby bro” for people like that and it can really lead to alot of problems down the road the longer you stay like that atleast in my experience anyway it was very hard to come out of and even harder not to relapse straight back into gaming or just any other type of escapism because real life does kinda just suck and is filled with only pain it seems

This message was a breath of fresh air and having also endured two marriages I can certainly vouch for much of what you said. Since so many of the rational, objective content creators went quiet MGTOW on YT seems to be dominated by "red pill rage" channels. I suppose that's all well and good for those who are in that phase and benefit from the outlet, but I'm well beyond that and videos such as this one are of much greater value to me.

Brilliant commentary. 7 years woman-free for me in 2021. This was not a goal, but a side affect of wisdom. After being married to a psychotic freak I raised my standards and boundaries. I spend no time with those who wont conduct themselves ethically, honestly, and kindly, or display signs of mental illness, or are merely the blue pilled type, plugged into mainstream culture like consumerist lemmings. And so far, all the available women I come into contact with fall into one or more of those groups. Im not anti woman at all. For me, I just felt like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Until that point, I had always wanted to have a relationship and be with a woman and live with her and have a life-partner. Once I decided that this was merely a fantasy and would never be the reality which I have always imagined wanting, and let go of the whole idea needing/wanting a woman, it was a totally different way of being. There was always the underlying feeling that I was not complete, or fulfilled, or missing-out, etc. without having a woman in my life. What I have discovered is that all of the bullshit, drama, etc. was never worth the pussy. And every one of my girlfriends would hold off on the sex and use sex as a tool, the same way people give dogs treats to get them to do what they want. Ask any guy who has been in a relationship for 5 or more years how often his woman is "in the mood" and he'll tell you that they rarely have sex, and only after he pesters her for sex for like three weeks that she finally is like, "okay, fine, let's have sex" attitude -- and it's not good sex... having sex with someone who thinks she's doing a chore is not fun or pleasurable. So, most guys eventually say to themselves, I give up, fuck it, I'm not going to have sex with her anymore. I know guys that have a separate bedroom from their wives. What's the point of sleeping together. All she does is roll around and disturb you and vise versa. There's no sex, no romance, no cuddling... there's no point sleeping in the same bed. These people stay together only for the kids, that's it.

This was one of the best videos of yours I've listened to in a long time and it really helps to explain what I could not put into words as a 5+ year mgtow. Dealing with women is almost like an alien experience now. I don't really know how to act around them. It's like I automatically give off a vibe of not being interested at all, they rarely approach me anymore. It's somewhere in between running game and absolutely being disgusted by them. Thank you.. Central sleep Apnea, is not caused by an obstruction, due to obesity, etc. Rather, due to damage to the autonomic nervous system, commonly after stroke, heart attacks, CTE,. Nonetheless, sleeping with a machine is the golden standard.
Sleep deprivation, disrupted sleep patterns, will effect every other system in the body and mind.

Being a book-person, I found Vilars book. Then, I really began to have a very separate experience of what was going on between men and women. I had no one back then to talk to about it. So, it just sat inside of me.

I did this for 5 years. Stayed single and celibate. Would go a a year at a timr without even shaking a womans hand. Eventually I broke my psycological need for women and cleared my head. Was a goid time but the desire for a family was too strong. I used my clear head to find a really low stress woman and now we're starting a family.

Had quite a few girlfriends and sex throughout my late teens, 20s, 30s, and a little bit in my 40s. Never got married, although I was engaged twice... both times called off by me.
Now in my 50s, what good is a woman to me? The ONLY thing I miss is the sex. None of the girls were useful in any other aspects- they didn't provide companionship, they didn't cook or even share in the cooking, same with the cleaning, and all they did was drain my wallet and cause me stress constantly trying to keep them entertained. It simply isn't worth it.

And sure enough, this is part of the lesson. Why engage in relationships that are detrimental to your well-being when you're fully aware that your partner would never stay in the relationship if it were the other way around? Do your own cost-benefit analysis and determine what works for you and your goals.
Yeah you pretty much articulated my thoughts accurately on the matter. Don't have the same backstory, but that bit about stress hits dead center for me. Going on about 8 years now with minimal female interaction. And my friends who can't seem to comprehend any of the things you describe (or the lens through which you describe them..) have that sense of alienation from me. They are dear to me, yet far from reach in some sense. Such is life, I suppose.

While I’m not a professional whom can diagnose, I have read quite a bit on the subject and I’m convinced I have had at least 2 encounters with what I believe to have been cluster b women. I read several books along with some of the DSM IV, but one book that really seemed like much of what I experienced is a book titled Psychopath Free by Jackson Mackenzie, this one really blew my mind. It explained everything I knew was off but couldn’t identify, cause I kept allowing myself to get sucked back in. I’d say I’m at an absolute zero tolerance for the fuckery these modern day HYBRID HYENA assed HARPIES attempt to subject us men to.
