@@dylandylan3644 Keep doing it and push your limits while doing it, you will feel relief at that moment, then it'll tense up again and do it again it'll relief. Also towards the end when it starts to loosen up, do the scratching one it will finish off the pain.

I went a little too hard at the gym when I tried to go to heavier weights. Second and third helped give some immediate relief. Hopefully more will get rid of the stiffness compoletely.

the only video that actually worked for me :) Had Bicep Pain for 2 days it was even so bad i couldnt move my arm. I did the excercise 2 and 3 for 2 minutes and my pain was gone. Great video, keep it up!

I am a begginer bodybuilder and i guess i went a little ahead of myself with dumbell curls and i have had mild pain in biceps for about a month i stoped training them. Yesterday i carred alot of heavy stuff and my biceps hurt like hell i tried these exercises today and boy did they help me relieved a lot of stress but not all of it imma keep doing them until my biceps do not hurt no more. I did something similar to this about 2-3 weeks ago - couldn't straighten left arm for 5 days. Haven't trained biceps (isolated) since, however on shoulder press and ped dec/fly my left bicep suffers pain/ache still. This tends to be in the area of the short head. Going to try this as I feel I've strained thr short head via poor preacher curl form.

This is crazy. I do a lot of lifting and for some reason after I woke up this morning my biceps felt so sore and hurt too much. I had to call in sick. My doctor told me he couldn't do anything. Then I found this video and did the wall stretch, and boy oh boy, it helped a lot. Before the stretch I couldn't even keep my arms straight and my biceps were as hard as concrete. Now my biceps feel less hard and I can keep my arms straight. Thank you so much man!
My bicep was so sore that I couldn’t straighten my arm no more than 65 degrees. I just held a dumbbell on a table with my arm laying on the table and slowly crouched down until my arm is fully flat. It would hurt and you could see the muscle twitching resisting the stretch, but I didn’t care, then my arm was fully flat while also twitching. It was kind of painful but my bicep feels kind of feels good during the stretch too.
It's my first time in gym yesterday and I can't move my arms that much, its also in pain. Thankfully, I found this video. I did exercise 1 and 2 and it definitely helps, feels better than before and can move my arms more.
Went to the gym yesterday and did pull-ups for the first time, full biceps the next morning I had a lot of pain. After doing what you said, all the pain went away ...Tq very much sir ❤❤❤

Can't even imagine how a Video made 2 years ago from now would save me from this godforsaken pain in my left arm.. I literally felt like crying as the pain was just too much to handle since I joined Gym for the first time and today was my 4th day. After scrolling through the internet looking for a solution, I finally found this and just like that after doing some of the exercise the pain started to go away. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had very bad case of bicep pain for 2 days, I wasn't even able to move my arm without feeling tremendous pain, I tried other exercises from youtube but none of them worked but this exercises helped relieve a lot of pain. I wouldn’t say it will disappear like magic but it will help relieve it by lot.
We moved to another city and then I joined the army for a short term. Couldn't workout for 2 months and then I tried it with motorcycle chains. Long heavy ones weighing 9km but ofc it felt heavier than 14kg dumbells which I normally use but sold them before we moved. Anyway I did 4 different moves, 4x12. For the last 2 days I was wandering around like Devon Larratt (World Champ in Armwrestling) aka TRex hehee it felt cool, looking like him since he is an armwrestling idol but I had pains. Couldn't careless cause I am used to, thanks to herniated discs at my lower back. Then I did the first move and my arms got straightened on their own. Thanks a lot bro! I will remember this move till the rest of my life if I see a case I will recommends all these 3

Hi I went to see my surgeon in April & had a xray he said the screws & cage havent moved & he will see me in 5 months time I’m not allowed to twist for 6 months or bend past my knees or carry anything heavier than 5 lbs for 6 months I’m sleeping in a gravity chair so I stay in one position & im wearing a support upper back brace when I go to the gym I’m walking on treadmill 3 x a week 15 mins then leg weights on resistance band machines then bike 5 mins then back on treadmill 15 mins mixing it up walking backwards slowly & arm exercises on there with a very light stretch band I also walk pool 4 x a week & led down bed exercises daily. I had knee reconstruction last April my 3rd knee replacement due to my second knee having corrosion as it wouldn’t bend they fitted tibia and fibia bars at same time as my bones were crumbling my knee was restricted to 60 degrees after my surgeon said it was mostly only likely to bend to 65 degrees but doing exercises Daily my flex had reached 90 degrees which I was so pleased about but after my back surgery my knee became stiff again I was waiting for physio at hospital but still waiting as they said there is a backlog as I was worried my knee may seize again so had a word with personal trainer at my gym as I was worried if I went back on machines I may put my back out and he said I was ok to use the band tension machines instead of the weight ones, I have been back doing them now for 2 weeks & finally my knee feels much better . I came across your fix bicep pain this morning did them before I went to gym & stretched my arms on wall after gym it already has given me such release of my pain as It hurt so much Thankyou so much as waiting for my physios will be ages so I glad found this 🤗🌈💞Thanku
Wow, you have been through a lot! Sounds like you have a good personal trainer and that you are one determined individual! Do you take any supplements to help with your rehab, muscle tightness and joints? Magnesium and Collagen would be something I’d encourage based on your history.
@@youfixpain I Take paracetamol & magnesium not the Collagen I will look into that Thanks I have been getting awful 🦵 leg lock s in the night I have appointment with my doctor as she says they want to do blood tests just incase to rule it out as sometimes the fusion doesn’t fuse back & can cause locking and nerve pain in the legs, I’m not sure until I see my surgeon next if it’s fusing or not I’m not sure what will happen if it doesn’t but I’m going on the 26th July for blood tests at my doctors I have been in agony not every night but it happens at least 4 x a week I’m asleep then wake screaming and have a job getting out of my chair I have been spraying on Magnesium spray seems to give it instant relief

I tried about a dozen videos in dealing with some lingering tendonitis, worried I'd need to go through surgery, but this is the first one with exercises that actually seemed to loosen up my tendons nicely, specifically the wallpress one. I've had it for nearly a month now, and it's made working on a computer painful. Doing the wall press method it was pretty painful the first time, not so much the second time, and the pain was all but gone on the third repetition. Thanks from Norway!

My bicep was so sore that I couldn’t straighten my arm no more than 65 degrees. I just held a dumbbell on a table with my arm laying on the table and slowly crouched down until my arm is fully flat. It would hurt and you could see the muscle twitching resisting the stretch, but I didn’t care, then my arm was fully flat while also twitching. It was kind of painful but my bicep feels kind of feels good during the stretch too.

It's my first time in gym yesterday and I can't move my arms that much, its also in pain. Thankfully, I found this video. I did exercise 1 and 2 and it definitely helps, feels better than before and can move my arms more.

This works really well i did the 30 sec stretching and INSTANTLY after 30sec for each arm it gets better by like 60%

Can't even imagine how a Video made 2 years ago from now would save me from this godforsaken pain in my left arm.. I literally felt like crying as the pain was just too much to handle since I joined Gym for the first time and today was my 4th day. After scrolling through the internet looking for a solution, I finally found this and just like that after doing some of the exercise the pain started to go away. I feel soo much better now as the pain in my shoulder and back is gone as well(thanks to another video from this channel)

I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had very bad case of bicep pain for 2 days, I wasn't even able to move my arm without feeling tremendous pain, I tried other exercises from youtube but none of them worked but this exercises helped relieve a lot of pain. I wouldn’t say it will disappear like magic but it will help relieve it by lot.

We moved to another city and then I joined the army for a short term. Couldn't workout for 2 months and then I tried it with motorcycle chains. Long heavy ones weighing 9km but ofc it felt heavier than 14kg dumbells which I normally use but sold them before we moved. Anyway I did 4 different moves, 4x12. For the last 2 days I was wandering around like Devon Larratt (World Champ in Armwrestling) aka TRex hehee it felt cool, looking like him since he is an armwrestling idol but I had pains. Couldn't careless cause I am used to, thanks to herniated discs at my lower back. Then I did the first move and my arms got straightened on their own. Thanks a lot bro! I will remember this move till the rest of my life if I see a case I will recommends all these 3

Hi I went to see my surgeon in April & had a xray he said the screws & cage havent moved & he will see me in 5 months time I’m not allowed to twist for 6 months or bend past my knees or carry anything heavier than 5 lbs for 6 months I’m sleeping in a gravity chair so I stay in one position & im wearing a support upper back brace when I go to the gym I’m walking on treadmill 3 x a week 15 mins then leg weights on resistance band machines then bike 5 mins then back on treadmill 15 mins mixing it up walking backwards slowly & arm exercises on there with a very light stretch band I also walk pool 4 x a week & led down bed exercises daily.
I had knee reconstruction last April my 3rd knee replacement due to my second knee having corrosion as it wouldn’t bend they fitted tibia and fibia bars at same time as my bones were crumbling my knee was restricted to 60 degrees after my surgeon said it was mostly only likely to bend to 65 degrees but doing exercises Daily my flex had reached 90 degrees which I was so pleased about but after my back surgery my knee became stiff again I was waiting for physio at hospital but still waiting as they said there is a backlog as I was worried my knee may seize again so had a word with personal trainer at my gym as I was worried if I went back on machines I may put my back out and he said I was ok to use the band tension machines instead of the weight ones, I have been back doing them now for 2 weeks & finally my knee feels much better .
I came across your fix bicep pain this morning did them before I went to gym & stretched my arms on wall after gym it already has given me such release of my pain as It hurt so much Thankyou so much as waiting for my physios will be ages so I glad found this 🤗🌈💞Thanku
Wow, you have been through a lot! Sounds like you have a good personal trainer and that you are one determined individual! Do you take any supplements to help with your rehab, muscle tightness and joints? Magnesium and Collagen would be something I’d encourage based on your history.
@@youfixpain I Take paracetamol & magnesium not the Collagen I will look into that Thanks I have been getting awful 🦵 leg lock s in the night I have appointment with my doctor as she says they want to do blood tests just incase to rule it out as sometimes the fusion doesn’t fuse back & can cause locking and nerve pain in the legs, I’m not sure until I see my surgeon next if it’s fusing or not I’m not sure what will happen if it doesn’t but I’m going on the 26th July for blood tests at my doctors I have been in agony not every night but it happens at least 4 x a week I’m asleep then wake screaming and have a job getting out of my chair I have been spraying on Magnesium spray seems to give it instant relief
Are you using just the spray or also the Magnesium tablets orally?

I tried about a dozen videos in dealing with some lingering tendonitis, worried I'd need to go through surgery, but this is the first one with exercises that actually seemed to loosen up my tendons nicely, specifically the wallpress one. I've had it for nearly a month now, and it's made working on a computer painful. Doing the wall press method it was pretty painful the first time, not so much the second time, and the pain was all but gone on the third repetition. Thanks from Norway!
