Great video! Two of my favorite questions are: 1) what KPIs or benchmarks are used to measure successful performance in this role? - so you can know what their main focus is and know how your bonus/increases will be tied to 2) What are the top 3 organizational challenges that you want this role to solve? - this gives you a chance to see red flags and let them see you in the role as you follow up on their answer
