Got a whole playlist of my sourcing/hiring strategies that includes using boolean searches, AI tools, etc … here’s the link: ruclips.net/p/PLVwCg9-pb6dNl6adaSLhqq9gv3j76reCt
I hate recruiting with a passion and somehow I ended up in a recruiter role. I’m definitely job searching now to see if I can land a generalist role. Interviews and managing candidates are annoying
I don't know how I ended up here. I don't work in HR, I don't need a new job, and I'm not even in the US (I'm in EMEA) but now I want you to hire me lol. You look so passionate about your job that I'm going to see more of your video.
I really value this video...I was laid off and I am looking for a new TA role. It's hard knowing I'm qualified and can do the role but I am not getting placed...its creating self doubt and lack of enthusiasm to interview. Can you help or have advice on that? Thanks for all you do.
Hey! So I’ve been in the field of education for almost 10 years. I just got offered a high paying job with a good salary as a teaching manager but I rejected it and accepted a job offer as a talent acquisition assistant for 13K less. I want to switch fields and do something that has a clear ladder going up while also working hybrid/remote and not needing anything higher than a bachelors. Was this a good call?
Hearing you speak gets me even more excited to get into HR💥
At that rate, Let me keep talking lol ☺️☺️
Glad I subscribed. I'm not even in HR but enjoy listening to your backstory and pass some tips along to my wife who is. Thanks T!
Awwww! Thanks Vincent!!! I appreciate that! 💜💜💜
I can not wait to pay for my 30 minutes to an hour interview session because I can’t wait to meet you and learn so much from you.
Awesome! The 30 min calls will no longer be an option starting January 2023, so sooner will be better than later 💜💜
Congratulations again!!! You go gurl...💜💜💜💜
Thank you Keysha! I’m pretty damn blessed & I can’t believe it! Lol
I would definitely love to hear more about your sourcing/hiring strategies. Did you have any fear of failing and not meeting those metrics?

I'm sorry to hear that! At this point, networking and being vulnerable is your key.
Great video!
Thanks!!💜💜

Depends on the working environment and your financial responsibilities..😊
Recruiting is definitely Not Me.
I thought so too until I had to do it...lol Regardless, its still not my first option so I totally understand.
Great video!
Happy you enjoyed it! 💜💜💜
