Why hiring managers HATE INTERVIEWS too! // Stop fearing interviews!

Some reasons hiring managers hate interviews is because it takes time away from their day-to-day duties, they aren't prepared for interviews, they're new to interviewing, they aren't in a rush to hire and they're actually nervous too! If we think about the fact that hiring managers are humans too and that they experience the same feelings as the people their interviewing, then the fear or anxiety that goes with being interviewed gets so much easier.
