I think this is the show where Lindsey had had an epileptic seizure in his hotel room the night before. If so, he’d had a spinal tap less than twelve hours before the show, which his doctor had emphatically told him not to do. It’s amazing the guy was able to function. At the end of the show, Stevie paid him the ultimate compliment: “Lindsey is one strong man!!”
This is a pretty cool version. Of course its nothing like the '76 one....which is mind blowing for me and my hubby! Stevie is and will always be my fave rocker chick! I can just tell she was very worn down and needed a break from touring at this point. Though, it still a powerful performance!!!!!! Thanks for this video! I loved it!
It was the '70s. How many rockers do you think were running around straight? She was a product of her environment, People need to just be happy for her that she didn't end up dead like so many others did. We're lucky to still have her.

You are correct. Mac toured for two months at big stadiums in the summer of 1978. Buckingham's hair was already cut short, but he was still playing the Les Paul (the Turner came in 1979). This video is Landover MD 1978.

The 1978 Fleetwood Mac tour was most definitely the Rumors tour because I saw them in July 1978 in New York for $8.50!! and Nicks was horrible, it was quite disappointing. FM was far better twenty years later. Still it was a trip to see them all those years ago.

This is one of her worst performances ever. She was so high on coke she probably hardly knew what was going on. At least she made it through the bad times though. What a babe, and what a singer. She is the best!

I read once that Lindsey used to play Rhiannon and other songs either too fast or slow to mess with Stevie - esp when they were fighting. Then the rest of the band would have to compensate - may have happened here...just crappy playing altogether - not a good performance.
Rubbish. He played it a little fast in the beginning when it was just them on BN tours but that wasn’t because they were fighting. Rhiannon became a lot slower once it got onto the White album and he adapted.

This has to be from the Rumours tour because of the background of the tree with the moon. They only had that background for that tour.
