One of the best live versions I have ever heard from 1975.
Unfortunately, this is an incomplete show and Rhiannon was the only song by Stevie that was recorded. :(
the 75-76 Rhiannons are my favorites. The tempo is faster, the vocals are at their peak and the energy is magical.
I was there! My first ever gig in the USA. Actually went to see Jefferson Starship headlining, but amazing the get the Mac too. Didn't entirely realise at the time what a great band they were at that time. What a night!

I think this very well might be the best early version of this song live. The tone, expression, and passion in Stevie’s voice is impeccable throughout each section.... the end is especially dynamic and she really hit every note perfectly. You can tell they were still in the more humble stage of career where they had everything on the line and to lose. Thank for sharing always.... even 7years ago.
I think this is Stevie's strongest and most consistent live vocal performance of this song:brilliant!
A new band, working it out with a live audience. And early appreciation for the vocals, guitar and imagery (I take it from the crowd response).

It's a shame the 1976 LA Forum TV show version has been taken down for the usual reasons. This one's pretty good, but =that= one was like this but much better recorded, more artful and even more firey.

@@PBriddy07803 Stevie has talked in the past about having breast implants, and then having them removed because they started leaking. I can't find the interview to share with you, but yes, she DID have breast implants.
This is how they sounded at Milke-High Stadium, summer of '75, when I 1st saw SN / LB with FM. ----------I had seen FM 3 times : once with Peter Green in '69------twice with Bob Welch, & once with Christine who had just joined. -------------SN was at her youthful best : 5'4", 107 lbs, & gorgeous. ---------------------------------WolfSky9
Was the Mile High show with the Beach Boys? I remember an intense lightning storm hit when Rhiannon started up and Lindsay was playing back at the lightning and thunder like he was challenging the storm to vaporize him. He stood on the edge of the stage challenging mother nature to give her best shot like a sorceror -- with the wind blowing his hair back and Stevie hiding behind him holding onto her witchy top hat to keep it from blowing away.
Stevie Nicks is 5' 1" dynamo, she weighed about 95 lbs. then as well.
this version rivals the Trod Nossel recording....magic. When Stevie's voice still had its most beautiful qualities....before drugs destroyed it.
I think her doing this live destroyed her voice more than drugs
