I can’t believe no one has commented on this video. This is a great video showing FM in a more light-hearted, relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely love it, and it’s really much needed considering all their drama. This was the time when Lindsey and Stevie were getting more romantically involved again, before he and then GF, announced their pregnancy. Loved seeing Lindsey happy, and the original line-up enjoying being a band! Thanks for posting it!
No they didn't except she did write the song "Thrown Down" which was eventually released on the Say You Will album. That song is about Lindsay and her during this time period.
It was Fall 1977 and I remember driving at night following a full moon down the highway. I was listening to Rumors on cassette tape and it sounded awesome! I truly believe the 1950s through part of the 80s was the absolute best time for music. Fleetwood directly influenced my life from '75-'79
They were a fixture on the radio back in the last half of the 70s. (Can you believe that their music was played on the radio?!) They really were a soundtrack for a significant part of my 20s.
This is my favourite band of all time. Every single person shares the spotlight. I could go on and on about how great they are, but you already know. It is so said that Christine has passed away, and that is the end of a beautiful Fleetwood Mac story. There will never be anyone like them. ❤ As far as this particular interview goes, it’s really nice to meet them behind the scenes. They are real people who are super talented and make beautiful music together.
Mi amigo. Comparto tus comentarios. Parai no existe banda de rock más grande que Fleetwood Mac. Triste que Cristina se haya ido al cielo pero quedará por siempre en nuestros corazones.
Not really. They hate one another and have since 1977. Thinking that there is love between them because of how they behave for fans is naive. Buckingham is an abusive monster.
In 1989, I worked for a musical instrument import co and we had a booth at the NAMM show in Anaheim. As I was helping set up, I saw Mick at a booth across the way. I think he was there as a guest since he stayed there quite awhile. On my break, I nervously approached him for a photo and he was extremely polite and a really nice guy. I think he's the heart of Fleewood Mac, he's the glue.
Nice story, that was always my impression of him- basically a nice guy who, along with John McVie, paid his dues for years with Fleetwood Mac before they achieved great success.

The song Christine sang "Songbird" my husband and I played when she passed away was so tearful. What a beautiful song. Rip beautiful lady
I think he keeps reaching out for her. Touching her. Kissing her. Even his right hand beside her keeps twitching & moving while his left hand doesn't. In my humble opinion I think she may always love him to a degree but he never fell out of love with her😓
Seeing Lindsey gush over Stevie throughout the interview is cute. 19:58 Stevie blushes and touches her hair as something about 2-part harmonies perhaps had a 2nd meaning. She can't look at him there as there would be a huge smile and she wants to be more discrete.
Julien’s Auctions in L.A. just held a two day auction of many of Christine's belongings from her home and musical career. There was so much interest, the prices were too high for me to bid on the music related items. I did manage to win a crystal bowl with "Christine McVie" etched on it that she kept in her home. It's so terribly sad we keep losing so many wonderful artists that we all enjoyed so much throughout our lives.
The Dance was one of their best albums for so many reasons. And look at Lindsey. He can’t keep his hands off of Stevie. It’s sad that things became contentious again for whatever reason, and Christine passed.
I’ve been waiting for years for The Dance to be remastered onto Blu Ray. I’m still waiting. This behind the scenes documentary is phenomenal. Thanks for posting.
Soon as I heard Micks drum opening goosebumps. Even for a practice run, amazing. I loved these guys so much. It was so sad about Christine. She always had a beautiful voice and wrote beautiful music. But so did they all. Not another like them. Id sure like to see something from them again, but probably never going to happen.

The interviewer is trying to go back to the past Fleetwood Mac, but the band shows that it truly is about the music. love you Fleetwood Mac, always have, always will.
I bought “Rumors” right before leaving on a cross-country move, along with “Even in the quietest moments” by Supertramp. Having never heard either album before,!I played both cassettes back to back to back for around 2500 miles, then saw both tours a short time after getting situated. Oh, to be young again....
Worked their show as an IATSE hand at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena on the Tusk tour. I think I was 20 or 21. Got to watch the show from the stage left side but out in the seats where they had a section roped off for employees. Very good show. That is the only time I had seen them a nd that was around the height I believe. Loved Rumors, that is an awesome album, CD or what ever format these days.
This would have been my dream job back then, doing Stevie and Christine's makeup omg I'd of been in heaven, especially when Lynsey was around 😘😆❤️ Stevie did her own makeup mostly, not sure about Christine.

I agree. Btw, Julien’s Auctions in L.A. just held a two day auction of many of Christine's belongings from her home and musical career. I did manage to win a crystal bowl with "Christine McVie" etched on it that she kept in her home. It's so terribly sad we keep losing so many great artists that we all enjoyed so much throughout our lives.
Bob Welch was a fantastic musician and added so much to the band (Hypnotized, Sentimental Lady to name a few songs). I think it was despicable what the band's management did back when the Mac was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, excluding Bob Welch from the list of band inductees. All because Welch was trying to negotiate with management to receive more royalties from when he was with the group. So they retaliated by not giving him this well deserved award. He passed away some years later.

Stevie Nicks tonight on SNL 🎉❤
Don't know when this was recorded, but still kool!
The way Lindsey leans in to Stevie...still so much love even then ❤
Stevie just want having any of it. she only begrudgingly agreed to work with lindsey again for this cash cow reunion tour. Today she's had it period.

I'm so sorry that we find ourselves today - 2024 - and we lost Christine and Steve & Lindsey are no longer speaking.

There are lots of "Rumors" about them being together again in 1997 till Lindsay's then girlfriend pregnancy.
I had the album “Rumors” In the 70’s . I never did get to see them in concert . I would love to see them in concert now . Their music is ageless.
