Korean exfoliating towel, African net sponge, body oil, spraying perfume on pulse points, shampooing twice, squish to condish, applying hand cream everytime u wash ur hands, wear gloves in shower to prevent nail polish coming off, diaper rash cream for face w/Nivea on top, foam maker, Glycolic acid for lips & scalp,derma stamp for scalp, led mask for face & scalp, hair water/gloss, deodorant with lighting/brightening properties, IPL, ditch top coats & base coats, I learned by accident clear nail polish lasts longer. If u use colours close to your nail colour like nudes or tints it’ll be more seamless when it grows out meaning u could get away with not having to do them for a bit longer. Nail polish remover acts just like a nail dehydrator. Deodorant stick on feet for when you’re wearing heels for a long time (less blisters & stuff). Do all the creams (contour blush concealer highlighter foundation) all together on your face, wet with setting spray to rewet & blend really quickly. Less makeup bc it’s 1 layer & it’ll last longer, powder whole face, then do powder versions of those products, & then spray again. Two finger lengths of sunscreen (u actually don’t have to wear sunscreen everyday, go to weather app & check uv index, if it’s below 3 u don’t have to, if it’s 3 or above wear it). Crackle nail polish for a lazy design. Hello fresh. Make to-do lists, set reminders, for just general everyday stuff I recommend the me+ app, it’s less mental load to try & remember everything & to just follow orders (that u set for urself) & tick a box. Meditate for 5 minutes minimum. Forgive somebody in 3 days max. There’s a website I forgot what it’s called (how helpful) but supposedly you punch in what body part you want to work on & it gives you a list of workouts for it. Measure yourself (chest, waist, hem, and hips/glutes) write it down, everytime u order clothes online use the size chart to get your exact measurements so the dress will always be right. If u use actives for example I use the kojic acid bar soap on my body, let it sit while you’re doing something else (I do my heels). Always wash your hair before the body wash step. Dermaplane after u shower bc skin is soft (I use aloe gel as my slip) I use an extraction tool for spots, and use tissue for sebaceous filaments. Keep skincare simple, bring it down to chest. Water flosser. Healthy waffle/pancake recipe: 1 banana 1 egg Flour Pinch of salt (optional) Cocoa powder (optional) Cinnamon (optional) Vanilla extract (optional) Condensed milk or caramel sauce or lotus biscoff spread, honey, golden syrup, spray cream (anything sweet) on top bc of no sugar it won’t taste good. Not sure if anyone mentioned this in the comments yet but here are a few more things to add : -Dry brushing and oil message -Start your day with warm water& electrolytes. I mix lime juice and trance mineral Electrolytes. -Morning sunlight exposures for 5-10 mins -A 10 min morning walk (walk directly into the sunrise to get sunlight exposures) -Get your bowel movement going right away in the morning if you can. Your warm morning water should help get things moving. But this does take some time. - Triphala & Magnesium Citrate: this will help your bowel movement going if warm water isn’t helping. Take them at night before bed. -Chaste Tree (Vitex) : this will improve your luteal & mense phase. -Take Vitamin D (5,000IU) along with vitamin K2 : helps with bone and heart health -Sensual movements: help you tap into your feminine energy. Anything movements that get your hips to feel open.

I’ve gained a lot of weight, I have a lot of body hair, and acne, which I never had before. Not sure if anyone mentioned this in the comments yet but here are a few more things to add :
-Dry brushing and oil message
-Start your day with warm water& electrolytes. I mix lime juice and trance mineral Electrolytes.
-Morning sunlight exposures for 5-10 mins
-A 10 min morning walk (walk directly into the sunrise to get sunlight exposures)
-Get your bowel movement going right away in the morning if you can. Your warm morning water should help get things moving. But this does take some time.
- Triphala & Magnesium Citrate: this will help your bowel movement going if warm water isn’t helping. Take them at night before bed.
-Chaste Tree (Vitex) : this will improve your luteal & mense phase.
-Take Vitamin D (5,000IU) along with vitamin K2 : helps with bone and heart health
-Sensual movements: help you tap into your feminine energy. Anything movements that get your hips to feel open.

I’ve been following your account for a few months now and I’ve watched the videos where you talk about your diagnosis and life with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), and I just wanted to say that I’ve been trying to get diagnosed myself for a couple of years and it has been very tough. I’ve gained a lot of weight, I have a lot of body hair, and acne, which I never had before. A week ago, I finally got an appointment with the gynecologist (in Spain, since we have social security, we have to wait for free appointments) and I’m very close to feeling the TikTok trend “war is over.” Throughout this process, your videos have been an oasis where I’ve taken refuge to not feel so alone.
