In March 2024, I put myself on a new journey to change my lifestyle. I’m getting healthier (I’ve lost 48lbs so far), looking after myself more, pushing myself to study all the things that have been on my list for years (classic literature, learning a language are my current main areas), and lots of other small but mighty habits for a better life. I’ve just found your videos and they are so inspiring. I’m in my early 40s with a full time job and family and some days it feels really hard to motivate myself to keep going, but it’s all about acting as your best self even when you don’t feel it. Now my daughter is a teenager, I have started taking myself on solo dates to book shops, libraries, coffee shops, theatre etc. I was scared at first as it’s been so long, but it has completely reenergised me. Lena, you are a wonderful role model for young women and older ones like me ☺️
Good luck! I did it back in 2016 and it lasted 4 years before I got very sick, BUT I still have all of that knowledge and it's easier to go back to those habits whenever I can, since I've already proven to myself that it's possible. So even if it doesn't last, every single effort makes it easier the next time. ✨

I've been binge watching your videos since yesterday, and I am now on day two of transforming my mind and body! Two days of Journaling, making my bed in the morning, taking care of my living space, giving myself the respect and love I have been lacking, I feel so refreshed already i look forward to reflecting on this beginning of my lifelong journey towards self improvement, thank you for inspiring me

Ive started 3 days ago on December 26th. I feel so much happier and better my life has never been better. Yes there are still struggles and difficulties but since when did a human never struggle, EVERYTHING has a struggle. BUT *you* choose your struggle. Whether the struggle of staying in bed while you are cramped with work or the struggle of stepping towards your best self. every decision is yours
I needed this My five healthy habits -I wash my face and do skincare twice a day -I drink mostly water -I socialize with people daily -I enjoy building Lego’s which is good for the brain -I brush my teeth twice a day and take care of my curly hair 3 new habits -drink more water -workout/move 5-6 time a week -stop picking at my nails reminders -stick to the plan, I’ll feel better in a few months following this -stop picking at my nails -stay consistent
I have been watching videos to try and get me back on track for months and for the last 2 weeks at least every night before bed I get on you tube to look for "reset" videos or 'set 2025 goals" and literally nothing has spoke out to me like this video, I jumped up got my journal and wrote down all your questions then right after the video was over I went to order my day to day journal. I'll be eagerly waiting for it to get here. also going to join the community right now. thank you for making me want to get back to changing my self for the better!
Today is the 20-th of September 2024 and today is the day I'm starting the 14 day challenge! the last 2 weeks were really hard for me and my familly, I lacked motivation and disciplin that I have been working on this whole year, I was feeling like the biggest faliure, I coudnt stick to my daily and weekly habits. But today I woke up and choose to stop the bad cycle. I am done with waking up every day and being apset with myself. And this time I really mean my words. Hii Lena, I just wanted to say that you have made me have more acceptance in myself for being the friend who doesn't drink alcohol; I'm 19 and I've never given in to the pressure to drink, however in-turn that always made me feel left out and guilty for not "fitting in". My ideal self is kind to everyone but also dose not let people walk all over her and she knows how to say enough is enough and she eats well and knows how to make really good meals. She drinks a lot of water daily and has very clear glass skin. She loves her body and dose not let anyone tell her why she should not. She also kills the haters with kindness.

recently I have been so distraught on my own mental and physical health. It has been so hard to get out of bed, but I still try and do the little things in a day, so at least I know "it is not my fault I am feeling like this" and it is okay! But, that does not mean to keep repeating the CYCLE! Girl, I feel you. Let me tell you that you can find clothes that fit your body, not the other way round. Try online, maybe you will find good stuff. If you have the time, maybe trift something and sew it yourself to make it unique. I know it hurts to see that brands don't make clothes for you, but you can make clothes for yourself. A size number is just a number, and I say that with love. Look for bigger sizes, learn about what looks good for your body shape (youtube has a lot of videos) If you want to exercise and eat veggies & protein, please go for it with love for your body and for yourself. You are kind, loved, beautiful and strong!

I’ve seen other motivational self-help videos too but I like the way you talk so I’m sticking to you, lately been skipping gym. I find no motivation to go. I don’t know what to do about it. I feel very guilty when I don’t go but when it’s time to go I just ended up not going and same with my journalling I’ve been journaling all my life but since last year my Journaling is inconsistent but I recently started journaling again but for the past few days I’ve been skipping journaling as well. 14 days is psychologically sound because studies show it takes 2 weeks of consistently doing something day after day to form it as a habit

recently I have been so distraught on my own mental and physical health. It has been so hard to get out of bed, but I still try and do the little things in a day, so at least I know "it is not my fault I am feeling like this" and it is okay! But, that does not mean to keep repeating the CYCLE! So, everytime I watch your videos, I always know that I will feel better:) Especially, since watching you is so relateable and overall you put me in another mental state, with all the motivation you give and practice. hi Lena, my name is emily! and if you see this I would just like to say that I've been watching your videos for literally 2 days and I already feel like a better person. before I watched your videos I was in a severe state of depression and couldn't get out of my bed at all, but now. I've been getting up at 6am every morning doing my morning routine while watching your videos! You are such a nice person and I plan to buy your journal soon! Girl, I feel you. Let me tell you that you can find clothes that fit your body, not the other way round. Try online, maybe you will find good stuff. If you have the time, maybe trift something and sew it yourself to make it unique. I know it hurts to see that brands don't make clothes for you, but you can make clothes for yourself. A size number is just a number, and I say that with love. Look for bigger sizes, learn about what looks good for your body shape (youtube has a lot of videos)
If you want to exercise and eat veggies & protein, please go for it with love for your body and for yourself. You are kind, loved, beautiful and strong!

I’ve been watching your videos for the past few weeks and I really like your content. I’ve seen other motivational self-help videos too but I like the way you talk so I’m sticking to you, lately been skipping gym. I find no motivation to go. I don’t know what to do about it. I feel very guilty when I don’t go but when it’s time to go I just ended up not going and same with my journalling I’ve been journaling all my life but since last year my Journaling is inconsistent but I recently started journaling again but for the past few days I’ve been skipping journaling as well. I don’t know what to do. I would really love to join your day-to-day club.
