Amazing. My first time ever paying tender attention to knees or ankles or toes for that matter. I want to make up for all the neglect I feel I caused. I will be using your workout a lot more now. I feel some relief after 1. Very sleepy too. Thank you 💚💚

Thank you. It's been one year since an ACL surgery and my knee is still acting in strange ways. I'm now devoting much more time to gently listen to it. This type of approach seems so crucial! My physical therapists instructions always would make my knee get worse first. I think I will do this everyday for now, and then when I'm really in my legs, work on the muscles. Thank you for this video, I'm exited to binge your channel now.

Thank you Marie-Louise. If you want to change it up a bit, you can also do it with the legs on the wall…my favorite way! Enhanced by our gentle friend gravity. ruclips.net/video/zQ0DrfqFpwc/видео.html

I have the feeling that these exercises are deceptively " simple" . Awareness and acceptance of my body is ongoing. And , in the final exercise I got the bonus of a great shoulder stretch
( especially appreciated since breaking my shoulder last summer and still working on un-freezing). It's a lovely gift to have found you, Megan. Thank you for your generous sharing. I'm looking forward to more time with you.

What can I do to release my sacrum which is tilted backwards and sheared and too painful to lie on and causing hyperlordosis in back which is jammed up in middle T10 forced forward, thoracic spine flat, hump at top, neck hyper lordotic in middle. Everything so tight and painful need to release it enough to lie on my back to do this?

Perhaps try a standing somatics practice Like this one that focuses on gentle, small, safe movements but with an element of playfulness. I wish you healing and that you are getting personal help. ruclips.net/video/I-7rp64dvZE/видео.html
