      I am a massage therapist in Louisiana and hardly anyone leaves without the info to your RUclips channel ❣️
      Just curious, my son is traveling from San Francisco to Dublin next week. Any yoga studios you could recommend? He is traveling with 3 others and is hoping to have some yoga time.

    That was amazinggg, I love that you talk thru the e/motions and reaffirming it’s okay to be where we’re at, and reminders to speak to our muscle grounds and that we the hosts are the only ones who get to feel the sensations in our bodies!

    Thank you for this video. I have been having hip problems for years (from a car accident 8 years ago) the only medical help I'm getting from my doctor, is to let him know when I'm ready for the hip replacement. Meanwhile, I have been noticed less and less mobility and range of motion. I'm taking things into my own hands and looking for slow, mindful exercises and flows that I can do and show my body to trust it can move again and that it is safe. This was a very nice video for me to do at home.

    Wow! After 3 knee replacements and lots of babying and inactivity, my hip muscles are very weak. I love this routine. I cannot get on the floor, my bed worked fine.

    I have a very tense and sore hip. Would you recommend doing this twice a day? I found it helpful and relaxing but am worried about the sore hip. I dont want to overdo it but want to keep getting relief

    Hi megan, i have diastasis recti, very huge belly after 2 c section, very weak TVA, after my first c section got mid back pain, i think it's due to diastasis, help suggest me to recover my core and for my severe mid back i think caused by diastasis because got pain only after pregnancy and four years of breastfeeding. Please help.

      I have a 4 deep core series I did that is appropriate for diastasis recti that I used for myself after my second c section and the birth of my twins. This is an older one, but I have quite a few if you search my channel for “four Deep Core”.
