- Got some extra juice in the tank? Finish your workout with this full body isometric FINISHER workout. This is a great way to add some extra work to your normal routine, or it can even be done as a warm up or cool down. The workout focuses on holds that help build strength and stability. Also, we've included a few modifications if you have any limitations. Finish strong and let us know how you did!

Week 4 day 3: when I saw 45 seconds I thought I can’t do this but then look up and realize there’s only 5 seconds left! The hardest was the push-up hold which is usually my weakness but I am improving. I’m proud that I didn’t let myself down when and pushed through the entire hold!

Wow! I really felt the burn on the lunge and push-up holds but now that it is over I feel good! This routine is so nice and short I could see squeezing it in a couple times a day just to destress.
I use this as a stand alone and it works wonderfully, especially on work mornings when I am short on time. Thanks, ya'll 👐

Week 4 Day 3: Loved this finisher yesterday when it dropped and loved it MORE today. I feel amazing whether I use it for keeping the muscles heated or cool down. My Split Squats have their great moments and not so great moments. Finished the day with MORE foam rolling. FINISH STRONG! 🤗

Week 4 day 3 of celebration challenge 11/16/32. I loved this finisher. Iso holds are my favorite!!!! I agree with most of the comments about the push up hold being the hardest. Going to add this to my weekly workouts! It burns in such a good way!

Week 4 Day 3:🔥🔥 finisher to finish off today's Cardio HIIT workout. Those push holds were intense. I was able to hold all exercises for the 45 seconds, which makes me feel proud as this means I have gotten stronger than I thought I would through the course of this challenge.

Also, how long do you think we should follow the same routine before switching it up? For example, sometimes I’ll follow the same exercise video for three months? Is that too long? Thank you all for helping us reach our goals!!
It depends on you, really. If it's making you so sore the next day you can't even sit on the toilet, then every other day or until you are no longer sore. Or you can do upper body one day, lower the next, core the next, or a full body every day if you are still able to do the workouts without much soreness. Rest is just as important as the workout, though. Thats when you're body heals all those tiny tears in your muscles every time you work out. So, if you're sore... rest and heal. When you're not... get your groove on. And drink a lot of water to keep those toxins releasing from the muscles too.

Week 4 Day 3: I have grown so much mentally with this challenge. Those 45 seconds flew by and I hardly every looked (lunges only) at how much time was left.

SRC W3D3 Oh my goodness!!! First time doing isometric it was like my muscles were burn 😂😂😂👌 Had to pause a few times esp for the lunge, squat and push up. I'll be a regular on this until i master it. Anyway, so excited that i managed to sleep for 7hrs 10min straight...but there is still room for improvement though. Loving the stretches, yesterday's stretch was 👌

Week 3 day 3: 2/2 workout completed 💪🏽💪🏽 the push-up hold def was the hardest and I struggled but I killed the plank 🙌🏽🙌🏽 big improvement for me
I was shaking at the very end on the “hold the world” exercise.
W3D3 SRC2023. I love this finisher and hadn’t done it in a while. I feel really good about completing it. Some of it was easier than others but I feel good about how I did. I will Definitely remember to add this to workouts going forward.

this is definitely A finisher! held some moves for the whole 45s period, gave up halfway at others but i can endure them way better than before... the ones that got finished with this video are my arms lol anyways waiting for recovery day tomorrow!

Week 4 Day 3 continuation! These ISO holds.....a whole video dedicated to them intimidated me for sure but I was pleasantly surprised with how I was able to really hone in my strength in those 45 second increments! Especially with the split squats, which I always thought was where I had my weakest form😭 but I did okay! the push ups were a really tough one even on my knees, and the pike holds were weirdly easy I thought I might be doing them wrong. Would love to know if there's a certain cue or muscles I should be focusing on for the pike holds!
