My sims is bored because I reached a billionaire status and I can't go any higher. I have more trouble spending the money and getting rid of it than making it.
Just in case you weren't aware, if you put the Money tree in your household inventory BEFORE harvesting it, you get those money fruit in your inventory and can plant more seeds. Yes, you will lose a day's harvest, but you will gain four more trees and more money eventually.
My favorite way is getting a Dragonfruit. Plant that, replant the first harvest then you're off and running. Depending on the size of your garden you can make 10's - 100's of thousands every day and half. You can find them at some of the festivals so it's a free way to get started getting rich.
After enough harvests, you can fertilize using dragon fruit too. They will evolve up to excellent and magnificent in only a few days. I currently have a property with four aboveground floors and four basement floors all used for rows and rows of dragon fruit. Depending on quality, each plant nets 2000 to 4000 or even 5000 simoleans per sell and there are over a hundred plants.
You can buy little piles of christmas presents etc too in build mode and open 1 or 2 a day. Quite often they'll guve you something that sells for a nice amount
You can also restock the present pile when it's depleted it doesn't seem to cost anything. If you add a gift each time you take one the pile never gets smaller
And if you own both Jungle Adventure and Realm of Magic, you can make your spellcaster learn the cloning spell and use it to clone the treasures from selvadorada, it gives A LOT OF MONEY but remember of always having at least 1 left so you can clone them again

I planted a couple of plasma fruit trees/garlic bushes/wolfspane bushes to make the cocktail. With every skill level in Mixology, you earn more money. Eventually my sim maxed the Mixology skill and now can make the cocktail (which costs 2500$) and sells it for 13000$ to 13500$!! Sometimes I feel like I’m cheating 😂
@@eteRNalSydd117 In the Vampire pack, there is a skill called “Vampire Lore”. It has 15 levels, but you can master it very very quickly unlike any other skill. As you continue learning the skill, your sim will learn how to make a drink called “The Ultimate Vampire Cure”. It needs garlic, plasma fruit, and wolfsbane. Which you can plant to lower the cost of the drink or buy their seeds through the computer. The more Mixology your sim have, the more the drink will be more profitable. My sim sold it for 13k! 😂 If you don’t have the pack, Black Friday is coming and I’m sure it would go on sale. It’s a really good pack.
My personal favorite is the glitch where you can sell the same painting more than once on craig's list. Just pause your game and fill up the que with selling the painting then you will sell it 7 times instead of once. Easy 60k with level 10 painting.
A tip for the money tree is not too sell the fruit. Go into to build mode when it’s ready to harvest then put it in your inventory. The fruit will be there along with the tree so plant more

I've noticed that with holding a yard sale I can sell masterpiece paintings for around 30.000 when at painting level 10 on the best easle and with the markatable trait. And I've noticed that the more the Sim paint the same type of painting the more valuable that next painting becomes.
Also, if you have seasons, you can purchase the attic stack decoration box for only 150 simoleons. You can then rummage for decorations several times in a row with no cooldown, go to build mode and sell the items that apperaed on the floor. It kinda depends on the time of the year that how much you'll get, but at least up to thousands of simoleons. I've tested this several times and can recommend :)
Posting before watching, my favourite silly money making racket is buying the really expensive garbage can that gives you a few simoleons every time you put something in it. Sell every other sink and garbage can your household has, and all the dishes, garbage, etc, will be put into the money-making garbage can. The money isn't anything crazy, but it certainly pays for itself in no time and can help keep a household afloat, especially when making a 30 simoleon mac and cheese meal recoups the cost of the meal and then makes money when each servings' dishes net 40 simoleons each. and if you wanted to make it even cheesier, you can just have your sim drink water over and over which is free, and thus an infinite source of glasses to drag into the garbage for some easy money.
I planted 50+ trees in my Sim's backyard and I she makes almost 3,000 every day. Hiring a professional gardener to do all the watering and stuff really does help all she has to do is harvest it.
You can use the Season's decoration box to generate decorations and then sell them. You just keep clicking on the box to generate free decorations and keep collecting that cash.
I am currently trying to finish the „Fabulously wealthy“ aspiration, which requires a HUGE amount of money to be earned. Glad I stopped by this video, thanks!
For this one you need Vampire Lore Level 14, the Marketable reward, and a bar. Using two each of garlic, wolfsbane, and plasma fruit, mix the Draught of Reconfiguration drink and sell through your Sim’s inventory for 6500 Simoleons. At Vampire Lore Level 15 you can make the Ultimate Vampire Cure and sell it for 12500 Simoleons. That drink takes 10 each of garlic, wolfsbane, and plasma fruit. If you are buying the ingredients, the Draught of Reconfiguration gives a larger profit overall, but if you have grown your ingredients so that it’s not costing you anything, I’d go for the Ultimate Cure. Note that the cure costs $1000 to make, as well, so that cost is automatically deducted from your profit. The reconfiguration drink costs significantly less to make, but I can’t recall off the top of my head how much. I had a Sim easily complete fabulously wealthy in less than a day doing this.

You have so many great how to videos for the Sims. Now that I’ve made a ridiculous sum of money in Sims I like to find ways to spend it all. Do you have any ideas for getting rid of simoleons other than cheating them away and building mansions?
Ohhh yess. You can fill up the vault from get famous and then woohoo in the cash. You can buy an army of the RIDICULOUSLY expensive knight statues to idk watch over your graveyard or whatever. You can burn it in the fireplace, or make it rain in social interactions I think. You can buy everyone the most expensive bar drinks for fame. Once you're famous, you can buy expensive items like pianos and fridges and then donate those for fame also. You can buy a restaurant, vet clinic, or retail store, in my experience they can be very expensive to setup and hard to make profitable so good luck. You can take vacations to expensive lots. There's a really expensive book that you could buy multiple copies of and idk gift them to other sims or leave them places? Children and pets are also somewhat expensive to adopt, do with that information what you will. Last but not least, buy a bunch of really expensive produce (pomegranates, dragon fruit, etc.), and plant an orchard or just eat them raw as expensive snacks as a flex. There are plenty more irresponsible ways to blow money, these are just a few random ideas ☺️

What I do is the opposite of the gold digger strategy. I get other sims to join household, get them to help with the garden, and then I move them into other houses with a 500,000 simolean gift to bring me back down to 0. My weekly expenses are around 20,000S, but I get at least 30,000S from my garden every day.
Livestreams... after 1 million fans i get crazy amounts of money $70 avg donations so quick I have 1.5mil in a few days an 8 hr livestream is 32k just do the tournaments each 1st place is 50k fans and 9k if you do the hillock 2 pro tournament and 14k simoleons with fast wifi trait
In addition to growing a money tree, you can also become a spellcaster, learn copy-pasto and duplicate the money tree a bunch of times- I had 300,000 Simoleons as a daily income after doing that.
Plopsy. Just sell your paintings with the "Marketable" trait. You'll be a millionaire within a week, provided that you use the Upgraded Digitalistic Sketchpad, and just paint without end o3o
i need a gameplay who mades my sims go bankrupt without cheats.. i have huge problem with my legacy that my sims were a farmers in a small house and simple living but has like 5.000.000 simoleons that he cant get rid of.. lmao. sometimes i just randomly marrying a sim and give 100,000 simoleons to their family when a married sims move out it kinda give the vibe of "i married your daughter here 100,000 simoleons" :3

You want to talk about broken...if you're lucky depending on where you fish, your Sim has the random chance of fishing up items like cameras, digital sketch pads, or instruments like violins that you can then practice with over and over with to get your skills up to profitable levels. Like, I had a Sim that managed to fish up a Digital Sketch Pad. With a little bit of handy skills and some parts, he upgraded it. I then had him do nothing but paint pictures. As his painting skill increased, so did the value of his paintings. On a lot and with traits that made crafted items worth more, my Sim would spend $100 to make a painting that could net him anywhere from $500 - $700 on the low end upwards of $1,000 - $1,500 on the high end whenever he sold a painting easy.
Actually I recently only found out that the best way to make money is writing books. As we publish the book.. It will gv a permenant income. And the best thing about this method is the income will stack.. So all I need to to is write a bunch of books and publish it afterward can retire at a comfortable income.
Max book income is $30,000. If you get Santa to move in and earn $500,000 you can buy 10 money trees for a little less than 15,000 and harvest all every 25 minutes for a cool $130,000. If you start your world in the winter, you can get up to $1,000,000 within the first hour of gameplay. It would take just as long to get to the point where your books are earning you a measily $30,000.
Love this! Lemme just correct you real fast on something you were incorrect about: the Money Tree is actually base game. I played The Sims 4 when the latest pack was Cats and Dogs and I could get money fruit back then. No hate at all here! Love your content 😁
If you have a money tree and $1000 a day isn't enough you can graft the money tree onto another plant and have unlimited money fruit to plant yourself a whole money orchard.
Pro Gamer can get paid for livestreaming games. Pay rate increases based on how many followers you have. Internet Personality late in their career levels can livestream let's plays and get 1.4 million followers for every livestream (of which only needs to be 2 in-game minutes. You can stream > cancel > stream > cancel etc).
I did the gold digging method, then saved the household with them gone and just my sim, then went into edit household in manage worlds, placed my saved sim in my household 8 times and deleted them and I had 8x the money in 4 minutes. The other way is painting, you can make a lot being a painter and/or actor and master it

I know buying the attic decorations and rummaging for [Season] decorations and selling those objects rack up good money. You need the Seasons expansion pack though.
Spellcaster = broken economy. Between copypasto, good fortune, nimble mind, and planetiful needs you can be skilled up and making thousands per painting within a few days. Let's not forget the selling exploit from being perked up.
You can sell the same painting in your inventory 7x 32,000 for masterwork, with the Barging trait for 1,500. place the painting on plopsy 5$, when it sells on auction. Click the painting to sell using Plopsy 6 times on same painting. Just as he reaches the mailbox, you can click sell the painting again for the extra sell. 235k per painting. I believe this happens because the game, since day one of it's released, has memory release errors. This is why most glitch's can be fixed by leaving, and coming back to the same map "reset" .Items in your inventory have a delay between moving and using for certain actions, which causes a glitch to either sell the same item over and over till 6-7 times. Or items in your inventory Glitch and double up and become broken.
Realm of Magic Copypasto spell. I got a free bundle of golden llama wool from my bird friends cast repario to make it excellent and just keep cloning that wool (also you can copypasto money trees)
nice vid! one time my pet just started pooping gold randomly, i was so confused cuz i didn't know it could happen. oh and also, one time my sims glitched and one of my households got 9,999,999 simoleons. it never really drops below that cuz one of my sims has the fabulously wealthy life aspiration trait, i think its called "shrewd"?
I had a family where ALL 8 Sims completed that aspiration. I also have a mod that allow the family to have more money than the normal maximum. For the version that I have it's something like §99 999 999 999 999 999 (§99 quadrillions)
Dragon fruit trees are easy money. Once you obtain a dragon fruit that is. Sometimes sold at magical realm potion vendor. 10 fruit per tree, base quality fruit sells at about 300 per. Plant one, harvest, plant ten, harvest, and repeat. Also great generational wealth. Once your at peak quality. You can pass fruit on to any family member, who can move out and start their money farm.
Another easy easy way is to sell paintings. You only spend 100 simoleons on a big painting, and just gotta keep training your sim to level up in painting skill and you'll make at LEAST 300 simoleons every big painting with a weasel. It's basegame.
More than that. My Sim is maxed in his painting skill and each Large Classic Painting costs him $100 to make but each one he sells normally run $400-$700 easy. And any Masterpiece quality he sells can net him towards $1,500....and that's without using lot traits/perks that make crafted items more profitable. With those perks and traits, you could easily have a painting be worth a couple thousand Simoleons when sold.
Royalties from the dj music desk combined if u wish making videos on the video station acting career ofcorse optional on top of that with a few perks and your set for life my royalties were around 50k even more if u have no need for sleep food or hygiene I tested both with an with out no sleep ect I built a studio above my vet and did that while managing the place endless money while having fun
i have spell caster sim and i use to go to museums or house and steal 💀 bonus if you can duplicate it... just be sure u wont get caught.. hehe i hide at the toilet
For me are from those gold thingy treasure from jungle adventure that are worth 10k each plus any duplication method😆 I prefer to use the one from spellcaster

The money tree maybe good at making money fruits you can't harvest them but I can duplicate spell them money fruits from the single money tree and get inf money. You can have as much money as you can store on your lot. Beware there's a bug to where all the money trees reset growth span.
Some of these comments are going places making money. A way I like to make quick money is at a level 10 handiness with a woodworking table you can make 1500 by making a bathtub and selling it. It cost 377 to make but if you have 3 sims at level 10 each on a wood working table if you basically start an assembly line with them in one day they can make 100k
Step 1: buy a money tree Step 2: graft a money tree with a basic plant like garlic Step 3: plant billions of money fruits Step 4: if you got cottage living. Golden pulse the trees to perfect quality or make a sulani mana baby and prefect them Step 5: wonder why you have max money and what to do with all the money
I had a sim ask me for money 3 times or so(I said yes every time - it's 1k each time) and got paid back like 25k or so later on. I don't think that's a reliable method to get rich tho.
make 10 millions everyday, feels like cheating but eh its legit so, first things first, you need the cloning machine or be a spellcaster that can cast copypasto and clone the money tree, how many you ask? fill the entire home with money trees for a few seasons and some time later you will have more than 1 trillion simoleons, and well just sell them all cuz obviously your money will never run out i have not tested it with the cloning machine but it should work, just takes more time to dupe things
The packs cost more than the game itself. That shit pisses me the fuck off. I ain't buying a pack for 40 bucks when the game itself was fucking 19.99. Wtf!
The purpose is to not cheat. I know some people they can’t control themselves because they don’t see the point but some people just don’t want to cheat.

Don't forget to fertilize. Splice strawberry and snapdragon together and fertilize regularly. At high quality, you get about 5000 per plant.

Last but not least, buy a bunch of really expensive produce (pomegranates, dragon fruit, etc.), and plant an orchard or just eat them raw as expensive snacks as a flex. What I do is the opposite of the gold digger strategy. I get other sims to join household, get them to help with the garden, and then I move them into other houses with a 500,000 simolean gift to bring me back down to 0. My weekly expenses are around 20,000S, but I get at least 30,000S from my garden every day.

In addition to growing a money tree, you can also become a spellcaster, learn copy-pasto and duplicate the money tree a bunch of times- I had 300,000 Simoleons as a daily income after doing that.

You want to talk about broken...if you're lucky depending on where you fish, your Sim has the random chance of fishing up items like cameras, digital sketch pads, or instruments like violins that you can then practice with over and over with to get your skills up to profitable levels. Like, I had a Sim that managed to fish up a Digital Sketch Pad. With a little bit of handy skills and some parts, he upgraded it. I then had him do nothing but paint pictures. As his painting skill increased, so did the value of his paintings. On a lot and with traits that made crafted items worth more, my Sim would spend $100 to make a painting that could net him anywhere from $500 - $700 on the low end upwards of $1,000 - $1,500 on the high end whenever he sold a painting easy.
Actually I recently only found out that the best way to make money is writing books. As we publish the book.. It will gv a permenant income. And the best thing about this method is the income will stack.. So all I need to to is write a bunch of books and publish it afterward can retire at a comfortable income.
Max book income is $30,000. If you get Santa to move in and earn $500,000 you can buy 10 money trees for a little less than 15,000 and harvest all every 25 minutes for a cool $130,000. If you start your world in the winter, you can get up to $1,000,000 within the first hour of gameplay. It would take just as long to get to the point where your books are earning you a measily $30,000.

If you have a money tree and $1000 a day isn't enough you can graft the money tree onto another plant and have unlimited money fruit to plant yourself a whole money orchard.
Have another plant nearby, click it, chose Harvest all. Money fruits in your inventory to plant as you wish.

I did the gold digging method, then saved the household with them gone and just my sim, then went into edit household in manage worlds, placed my saved sim in my household 8 times and deleted them and I had 8x the money in 4 minutes. The other way is painting, you can make a lot being a painter and/or actor and master it

I know buying the attic decorations and rummaging for [Season] decorations and selling those objects rack up good money. You need the Seasons expansion pack though.
Spellcaster = broken economy. Between copypasto, good fortune, nimble mind, and planetiful needs you can be skilled up and making thousands per painting within a few days. Let's not forget the selling exploit from being perked up.
You can sell the same painting in your inventory 7x 32,000 for masterwork, with the Barging trait for 1,500. place the painting on plopsy 5$, when it sells on auction. Click the painting to sell using Plopsy 6 times on same painting. Just as he reaches the mailbox, you can click sell the painting again for the extra sell. 235k per painting. I believe this happens because the game, since day one of it's released, has memory release errors. This is why most glitch's can be fixed by leaving, and coming back to the same map "reset" .Items in your inventory have a delay between moving and using for certain actions, which causes a glitch to either sell the same item over and over till 6-7 times. Or items in your inventory Glitch and double up and become broken.

Realm of Magic Copypasto spell. I got a free bundle of golden llama wool from my bird friends cast repario to make it excellent and just keep cloning that wool (also you can copypasto money trees)
I just use a safe sim hack and each time it gives me 50,000 simloens so I can’ pretty much get what I want and live a nice lifestyle haha ^^

I had a family where ALL 8 Sims completed that aspiration. I also have a mod that allow the family to have more money than the normal maximum. For the version that I have it's something like §99 999 999 999 999 999 (§99 quadrillions)

I tested it, it works! We’ve now got a whole money orchard. You can also sell it in a retail store so the whole neighborhood can buy them.

Dragon fruit trees are easy money. Once you obtain a dragon fruit that is. Sometimes sold at magical realm potion vendor. 10 fruit per tree, base quality fruit sells at about 300 per. Plant one, harvest, plant ten, harvest, and repeat. Also great generational wealth. Once your at peak quality. You can pass fruit on to any family member, who can move out and start their money farm.
Painting method will always be number one
I just made a million simoleons just by gardening (base game)
Another easy easy way is to sell paintings. You only spend 100 simoleons on a big painting, and just gotta keep training your sim to level up in painting skill and you'll make at LEAST 300 simoleons every big painting with a weasel. It's basegame.
More than that. My Sim is maxed in his painting skill and each Large Classic Painting costs him $100 to make but each one he sells normally run $400-$700 easy. And any Masterpiece quality he sells can net him towards $1,500....and that's without using lot traits/perks that make crafted items more profitable. With those perks and traits, you could easily have a painting be worth a couple thousand Simoleons when sold.
Royalties from the dj music desk combined if u wish making videos on the video station acting career ofcorse optional on top of that with a few perks and your set for life my royalties were around 50k even more if u have no need for sleep food or hygiene I tested both with an with out no sleep ect I built a studio above my vet and did that while managing the place endless money while having fun
For the money trees, you can use the copy spell to get extra free money trees.
My tenth level painter frequently brings in 5,000 plus per painting.

Get the «astral range» perk. That way, you don't even need to be in the building. So, almost impossible to get caught.

The money tree maybe good at making money fruits you can't harvest them but I can duplicate spell them money fruits from the single money tree and get inf money. You can have as much money as you can store on your lot. Beware there's a bug to where all the money trees reset growth span.

Some of these comments are going places making money. A way I like to make quick money is at a level 10 handiness with a woodworking table you can make 1500 by making a bathtub and selling it. It cost 377 to make but if you have 3 sims at level 10 each on a wood working table if you basically start an assembly line with them in one day they can make 100k

I had a sim ask me for money 3 times or so(I said yes every time - it's 1k each time) and got paid back like 25k or so later on. I don't think that's a reliable method to get rich tho.
