    Great tutorial! Any thoughts on rope material, diameter, length versus a person’s height, and good knots to use for the end knots?

      It's easiest to buy a starter flow rope, but you can save a little money if you're going the DIY route: 1/2" diameter, 13-14ft + using heaving line knots for the "handles". Weight is approx.1lb / 500g.
