Dragon roll was impossible for me until I took Tim's course and he showed this demonstration. A definite "OH!" click. Amazing. This is a great video!

This was extremely helpful, was struggling to learn it until you broke it down into these steps. Now I can do it easy

Great vid as usual, for me the dragon roll really helps pull my shoulder blades back which in turn helps my shoulder mobility, which is poor but getting better thanks to ropeflow!

Appreciate what you guys do, thank you! It would be helpful to see a demonstration of the technique, uninterrupted, for the first 20-30 seconds of the video as a reference.

Hey Alex, I think you're right and I overlooked that in this video I made an assumption that people already know what it is.

I try 50th time, I don’t understand, how is it rotating if I am swinging it behind the body… I just hit my legs and it stops…

I just can’t understand what’s happening between step 3 in 4 in motion, how did it get from behind me to front of me, where is rotation happening…

I rewatched 100 times already… I still can’t do that and don’t understand how flick from behind to front happens..

Ok, sorry to tell you guys but you have the wrong order of movements, start it from behind the body, make this flick first, and people will succeed… I just got it right, easily when watched a video on different channel with starting position for rope behind the body…
