    AWESOME to see those movements in a video - thank you! 🙌 Am flowing through pretty much exactly those kind of waves since years intuitively - as they feel SO SO good and like exactly what my body needs and deeply enjoys! - especially complementary to lots of sitting and 'structured' movement practice!

      I'll keep it in mind! In the meantime, keep on practicing. These definitely take time to develop. Not so much to "do it right" but to establish the neuromuscular coordination. Totally normal to feel v. awkward at first...but keep going and you'll find the feeling of flow ✌🏽
