I came into this video defensive about the baby eating Vegan. And I want to apologize and say I'm sorry. This mama know what's she's doing and what she's talking about. You just hear things and see stories with parents that might not be that knowledgeable and you just assume. I was wrong and you definitely opened my eyes and I want to say I'm sorry for coming into this video with that mindset. I'm glad I was wrong.
that is so awesome that you’re able to have an open mind! i think this video gives a great example of what a healthy and well rounded vegan diet looks like. a few years back i would have also come into this video with the same concerns as you haha
Wonderful of you to post.
There will always be neglectful parents, whether or not they are vegan. I agree that this Mom is doing a great job!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 the mind can change
Yep. You hear wrong things and see fake stories. Humans are NOT supposed to eat meat and certainly NOT dairy. Period!
i also love how the mature woman has been vegan since 1992
Is anyone else like, super jealous of that baby? Imagine having someone care about you so much...
Aw thank you 💚💚 I'm the mom in the video, and all the meals I make for him are from my heart.
@@HeyAshleyRennethe way I was searching for you lol
your baby is just so cute !! and you are a great mom !!! Wishing you both all the best for your future !!@@HeyAshleyRenne
Why do the meals the vegan mom makes for her 19 month old (especially the lunch and dinner meals) look SO tasty to me as a 25 year old adult!
Because it's just food. 😊
I was wondering why she cooks two different meals for every meal.
I said the same
fr im gonna make the recipes!
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed seeing the meals 😍
Because they hella are!! Lol. All good !
Beyond is the cutest baby and I love that his mama gives him everything he needs to be healthy and happy. 🥳❤️💯
Aw thank you! Beyond is my son and I love him very much! It's a joy to cook for him.
Wow! The baby’s menu is the best! I’m going to make his meals!! :)
I totally agree!
I know, that baby eats better than most adults!
Totally agree! Looks amazing
Thank you 😍 I'm the mom in the video and I appreciate your comment.
The baby is super cute and has sophisticated taste buds, eating grown-up food such as pesto and masala-spiced soup. He looks very healthy, too.
Thank you 🥰💚 He's a joy to feed.
The flavors he’s exposed to are just 🤯. I follow her on IG and I’m blown away with how mature his palate it! I wish my kids would eat 1/4 of what he does!
@@HeyAshleyRenne You're doing a great job! You're both lucky to have each other
@@crissy3407 I wish I eat 1/4 of what he does XD
That baby was very healthy and calm looking. I wouldn’t mind eating his meals myself. I like how they were made from scratch instead of relying on plant based substitutes like Gardein and Just Egg.
I'm also not a fan of meat or egg substitutes. Not even frozen or canned food. I make my food from scratch. It gives me so much energy and keeps me productive the whole day. I also got so many complements about my skin, hair, and fit body.
Here's a scrambled eggs recipe from scratch: ruclips.net/video/CbBiuY_Ln8Y/видео.html
I like how you say "calm-looking", like non-vegetarians are Satan's children!
Don't speak Evil of things you dont know about.
I’d prefer giving my kids gardien and just egg which the base is just mung beans as an alternative to animal sausage and chicken eggs but that’s just me there’s no cholesterol or saturated fats not saying that from scratch isn’t best I love to when I have the time but nothing bad about frozen ready to cook items
Beyond is eating better then me at almost 5 years vegan! Also ppl w/ the spice comments... If you grow up eating it, your palette will be more open as you grow older.
lol same I've been vegan for 6 years and Beyond eats soooo much better than me
She’s doing what she thinks is best for her son. I can stand behind that. I’m not vegan but I wouldn’t mind giving it a shot. She actually makes it look good. I don’t see that very often
Not only does she make it look good but she carefully plans how to get his nutritional needs in. That's love baby!
Indians have been doing that forever
Thank you and I'm happy to hear it inspired you! 😍
The baby is having the time of his life !!
fr he's being treated like royalty
Damn boy. That baby eating better than most of us
Wow! Lucky baby! I'm envious! Thanks for the pancake recipe! (Oh, and SUPER CUTE BABY!!!)
That baby eatin better than me
That baby got it made. I wish I was that baby que precioso 😊

Thanks for the shout out!
Love this series! Keep em coming Goodful ^_^
This is so interesting and informative!!! Love seeing what other vegans eat!
So enlightening! Please do more of what to feed vegan babies/toddlers. Wonderful balance! 💕 He's a great eater too!!
It's great seeing the enthusiasm for vegan food at different ages. Really resonates, thanks for posting!
This is so good to see, I love any and all vegan content!! 💖💖💖
I’m in love with the mom’s cooking for the 19 month old. I admired how she didn’t use soy, or relied on any faux meat products 👍🏾
To everyone who sees this comment, keep pushing in life and never give up. Can't wait to see you successful one day and May God bless you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
SUCCESS IS NOT FINAL, FAILURE IS NOT FATAL, IT IS THE COURAGE TO CONTINUE THAT COUNTS.....
Amazing food. You make it fun and interesting 😊😊
Bravo to this Momma❤
That boy is eating better than me, his momma also knows how to season that food!!!!! 🙂👍
That baby eats better than I do
I LOVE THE AGE DIFFERENCE
Nothing wrong with a vegan diet for a child as long as they are getting their nutrients. No one bats an eye at parents who “force” their meat eating habits on their kids, so why when vegans/vegetarian do the same thing?- notice how the word force is in quotation marks. It’s not a jab at anyone for their dietary choices, just to use the same verbiage to show how ridiculous it sounds when used for the default diet.
Because animals and products are human's natural diet not veganism.
@@granddaddyofthemall6320 lol there’s nothing natural about how you get your food stop trying to use “nature” as an excuse for being selfish
@@kylerrodriguez5658 I'm talking about on a cellular level when you eat meat your cells recognize that as natural when you eat plants yours cells don't that's what I mean.
Thank you for this 🥰💚
@@granddaddyofthemall6320 wtf r u on? 🤓🤓
just grind some dried seaweed like kelp or wakame in a coffee grinder. you get MSG and iodized salt in one
I'm going to try that hash you made for that baby; that looks good.
I love these videos! Even though I watch them while I'm eating my non-vegan lunch. haha! I am inspired though!
Beyond is so precious 💖
Baby: chef Kiss menú with lot of onions
29 yo: lazy af but it keeps me alive and happy
69yo: so healthy and balanced reaching the nirvana
Lol you think the 29 yo is lazy? Wait till you see what I eat as a 19 yo vegan in college lmao
How cute is Beyond! ❤
Scratch that didn't finish the video EVERYBODY is eatin better than me, i wonder if I could hire them as caterers lol
same lol
She's literally the only person I can watch over and over again without getting bored or tired 💖 you inspire me sm w my channel 💖🥰🍓♥️♥️🥰♥️

So interesting and yummy! 😋😋😋😊
i’m so happy for the baby and mom! they deserve this video, i always see them on my instagram
What is their insta handle, please? The link posted under the video is broken
@@TheCapsulateIon all their instas are in the beginning of the video under their names

same lol I wish my mom cooked for me like that
What is the multivitamin brand that you use for your toddler . I love to use it for my son .
Hi! We use Novaferrum liquid multi-vitamin. It has b12, iron, D3, etc.
Very nice and colorful look.
Though please mind lectins. Like the Tomato Peel and Seeds should be removed. At least many people are sensitive to them
Can give you headaches and long term thyroid dysfunctions and so on.
(A nerve connects gut and brain, so headache is oftenly gut-ache)
🙏❤️🙏
Video Idea: What I eat in a day of vegans with other dietary restrictions like someone with a nut or soy allergy, someone who’s gluten free because they have celiac disease, etc.
Yes!
The baby is blessed to have a momma like that. I'm just starting my vegan journey.
For y’all who are impressed by Beyond’s mama, here is her Instagram (link in the description is broken): instagram.com/heyashleyrenne/
Aw thank you! 🥰🥰
I am raising my 9 month old baby as a vegetarian/vegan and I love the recipes this baby is eating. The only thing I am a bit unsure about is the salt that is added. I was under the impression baby's could not have salt because their kidneys cannot handle it? Am I wrong about that?
I think when they’re above the age of one it’s okay, assuming he is. Prior to that they would get what they need from formula/breast milk.
@@danika6850 he is 19 months old, so over a year and a half.
He's above the age of 1 and we add very little 🤗
I’m 30 and want the mum to feed me her toddles plates too!
I tried fixing the links that lead nowhere and i think my comment got deleted?? If you guys don't want us to look them up, why even bother to put wrong links to their accounts
??????
Wow look delicious 🤤😋😋😋😋🥰🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤❤❤🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
is noone else curious if he is called beyond bc the beyond vegan brand?? lol
FYI vegan mama should be putting her spices in with the oil they’re fat soluble I need the oil to bloom
💚💚💚
😃
I don’t have a child I’m watching this to feed myself as a vegan 23 year old😂this video is great
My kids only eat Mac and cheese and fries 😢 I have to beg them to eat lol that baby is well trained❤
I miss the old goodful😥
please upload more vegan content like you used to and don't upload those lame shorts
I love all your vegan content.
I wanna see one with Rachael, Merle, Tabitha Brown and Destiny.
That would be very interesting!
Infants can be vegan successfully? Oooh that’s so cute and amazing! How do you get them to eat the veggies?
I would think just introduce them to veggies and have them try them. My parents did that (I am 57) and love veggies and eat all veggies (except for lima beans-yuck lol)
If you give them veggies at every meal in the proper size and soften depending on age and development they will have no problem eating veggies.
Is it safe for the baby to be vegan?
It can be, but make sure you're getting enough information on their needed nutrients from baby's pediatrician or a nutritionist, carefully plan their meals, and supplement when needed :)
Absolutely, but like Goodful said, you need to know what you're doing.
🤔
@@Goodful make sure you get information from a registered dietitian because nutritionist isn’t a regulated term
Every babies meal needs to be planned out careful to ensure they’re getting all the nutrients they need, including non-vegan babies
🇭🇺
What about the baby's B12 and ample calcium storage?
She addressed that. Watch the video
@@VashtiPerry I did. I'm just wondering if it's enough as he grows
Would wish there was less processed stuff and more whole foods
In the older vegans
skip the oil
69, haha. Surely was that on purpose! Also interesting how you are still alive. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that I got the exact 400th 👍🏻
Yup! And don’t I look healthy?! This is part of what is the main factor, my diet PLUS 6 days per week hittin the gym’.
What do you do to stay healthy & strong?
@@elainehillYou rock!
I just wanted to say I don’t know what you might be going through Or what situation you’re in right now but I no god is there for you and he loves you God bless everyone who came across this.🇧🇸❤️
That would be "know" not "no".
why settled with beyond when you could
go for sodium instead
You should not be supplementing your baby with iron or iodine unless they need it
omg the mom of the baby doesnt know. she is wrong about the iodize salt. its been stripped of all te nutrients and it just raises your blood pressure and babies younger than 2 yearsold shouldnnt even be eating grains which alot of people dont know. i majored in nutrition i know what im talking about
Thats interesting, no grains in any form? Like no pasta or bread or just no whole grains?
@@annika9348 yes none at all because before a child is 2 yrs old they're bodies can't properly digest grains
beyond 😬
No Salt for Babies! They get all the sodium they need from natural food.
Salt is natural, how convenient.
No they get it from formula but he is 19 months and probably no taking formula anymore
Natural foods don't contain much sodium
I really would not cook all that for a baby when half of it is gonna end up on a floor anyway. Kids should eat what parents eat and parents should eat healthy.
I wouldn't be surprised if the mom is eating the same dishes. They look good
beans and potatoes are incompatible
oil is not a healthy fat...stop
... as opposed to what?
@@annika9348 by itself
Some lady got life in prison for feeding her child veganism, and he died. Good luck.
They were feeding him only fruit/not proper nutrients. Stop believing in every non scientific article you see on the internet.
She most likely was not giving him the nutrients he needed
you can starve a child on any diet, it's not veganism
She fed a baby who needed breast milk or formula soy milk. This was in no way shape or form okay and of course the child died, they didn't get the nutritients they needed. A breastfed (or formula fed)baby who follows with a whole foods diet with appropriate supplementation won't die
And? It's tragic. Just as all the cases of negligence from non vegan parents. They don't just make such great headlines anymore.
there's nothing super or healthy when all your meals are overprocessed with oil, sugar and salt, meat imitations...please learn nutrition
sorry but this is child abuse
19 month old baby cannot consent to
anything
not like a ten year old or an eighteen
year old or a twenty one year old
children eat whatever diet their parents eat and this diet seems healthier than most
Child abuse because a baby can't consent to a vegan diet? If they're being given all the nutrients they need, it shouldn't be a problem. I still vividly remember being force-fed meat throughout my childhood despite how nauseous it made me to even think of eating meat. Would that not be child abuse?
It's just food, chill
@@lindseymyers4273
a lot of babies and toddlers suffer
malnutrition and even death because
the parents forced their believe on them
that ain ' t even a secret
@@AidanTheLoverBoyOhDwyer You're right about malnutrition but this lady does her research on proper balanced meals, you can see if you follow her in instagram. I'm not even vegan but my son hates meat so I look for alternatives meals. There definitely are vegans out there that have no idea what they are doing and same with those who nom vegan. So many non vegans are iron deficient too
I don’t think it’s fair to force baby to be vegan though, especially during development? There was an episode on House about this
That was meant as a joke, right?
Force a child to be omni.... kosher... ? It's called parenting. By the way, House is fiction.
Hi! I've seen that episode and I thought it was a bit prejudiced against vegans. The parents in House probably didn't give their baby a balanced diet and if you listened well to the video, you would know that this mom here is making sure the baby is getting the proper nutrients he needs.
And funny, if you turn it around, it's like saying meat-eaters are also "forcing" their kids to consume meat. LMAO
I know someone who adopted a baby, and it got taken away because they fed it bread in front of the social worker. I don't have children, so I didn't realize, but I guess that is a no-no for babies under a year old. The parents are meat eaters and still were judged to be inefficiently feeding the baby (this is the story i was told by them, so i am unsure of the exact details). The vegan mom is going out of her way to make sure that the child's nutritional needs are met. So if they go to the doctor and all the numbers look good, I don't think it matters whether it's a vegan diet, as long as it meets their needs which the American Dietic Association says a Vegan diet can do for all stages of life. I'm not going to assume that I know more than an Association whose members have 6+ years of education and experience and most of which are not even vegan themselves. So despite having their own preferences, they have still evaluated a healthy vegan diet as sufficient.
Yep not good at all.
😂😂 i eat meat heavy based. Only eat 1-2 meal per days per day no snacking rest is fasting and i spend my time on kitchen faster than these two
How os fortified b12 is better than b12 in meat ? And where is the bioavailability?
@@oDePalmer they can get it from soil. Ruminants have ability to synthesize b12. And where is the vitamin k2 ? Where is the vitamin a retinol ? Where is heme iron ?
you felt the need to comment this why?
@@pepekgelikenajembutkeriting out modern day soil is very depleted of B12 due to over farming. Everyone technically should take a B12 supplement.
@@mastersnet18 b12 in ruminants meat is still bioavailable than fortified one . Especially from organ meat
It’s ethically better 😘
