  • An Interesting Trivia about Buddha Bowl :
    Buddha is believed to have had only one meal a day and it has been understood that his meal was something similar to this . Hence the name . It resembles Buddha’s stomach .
    - It is also known as Macro Bowls , Grain Bowls .
    - A Buddha Bowl can be prepared both on a low budget or high depending on your preferences .
    - Although people eat them for weight loss , it is important to have a tab on the ingredients and their quantity to make them aid your weight loss .

    Hi, I do yoga and I take one meal a day! I manage to loss 16kg within 5months. I was 95kg and now 79kg. Another 15kg to go. This video is really helpful for me to make buddhabowl for my lunch. Because I usually have all type of food for lunch :)

    A simple tip to reduce your weight is to burn your calories.. Have your dinner before 7 or 8 and have morning breakfast by 9 or 10 and within a month you will find a difference.. Intermittent fasting.. Note: dont make your dinner heavy.

    In my opinion it is better to make it simple with minimum ingredients it is better for the stomach (GUT) and surely better for health if you are doing this with Health in mind
    The other ingredients can be consumed in a separate meal on an other day

    Hi Ramya, I can understand it is very healthy from its ingredients. But I feel like an expensive one, maybe I can try monthly twice or thrice or even weekly once. But for a sure not on all days.

      It can be expensive or economical based on your choice of ingredients .
      Rice , dal , veggies are what we eat everyday and when combined with a dressing gives u a Buddha bowl . Explore more .

      U can eat anything during ur eating window of IF and as long as you are on a calorie deficit you will lose weight .

    Cooked and uncooked foods shouldn't be eaten at same time.. "even fruits" has to be consumed separately..
