    Please make a video on the whey protein : 1.can we take even if don’t work out everyday ? I mean, even if we don’t do the weight training , can we still take the protein shake ? 2. It’s side effects if any ? 3. It’s nutrition parameters and what are the parameters to consider while we are buying the whey protein powder ? 4. What if we stop using it at some point of time ?     you not covered one topic, i EXPECTED from you Ramya. which is at a time(less than 2hrs ) the protein intake must be below 40grams.. excess protein will be waste. body can consume only few(30-40max) amount at a time, so do not take 200grams of protein at a time(like eating 1kgg of chicken alone) .. anyways but information is so awesome!!! thank you so much... i really appreciate it .. you done very well about protein.. #StayFitWithRamya 💕

    Thanks for another highly informative message. I am taking one scoop whey protein mainly concentrate (25g ) with 200-250ml water every morning after exercise for last 6 months. When I started I used to feel full but nowadays I’m feeling hungry within 30-45 minutes after consuming it. So I end up having something solid (dosa) also for breakfast. Waiting for the next one on whey proteins, please explain about concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate.

      Try real source of protein rather like paneer, peanuts, chana... U won't feel hungry.. plus u could have it with your dosa😍

    Well covered. You have perfectly covered all our doubts. My only concern is the cost of whey protein. Whatever I do, I do it for my entire family. If protein is much needed, then I cannot take it alone. I like to change the lifestyle of all my family members and provide protein to all. So Is it good to take proteinex or horlicks protein or protein biscuits like threptin instead of whey protein?

    Yes.. we need a video about whey protein and also on how to choose a good protein powder. And as you said we can snack on few protein rich foods, I found cheese in it. I'm a cheese loving person, I just have a doubt if we can have a slice of cheese everyday. Is it good to have.?

      Cheese is not a protein-rich food. Cheese is a fat-rich food that has some amount of protein. Not a good idea to snack on cheese.

      yes, you can use whey protein. It is made from whey water after separating the water from the paneer. This is water is filtered and the milk solids are further separated to make whey concentrate which is your whey protein.

    I am a non vegetarian so I m able to take chicken for protein but I have pcod so I must avoid chickens...what should I do for protein intake?? as you said In veggies I tried but at the end of the my calorie tracker results in low of protein other than carbs, fats, fiber....what will I do?? 😪😪 suggeat any idea mam pls....🙏🙏

      Please avoid artificial sweeteners not on daily basis but not even once instead use jaggery mishri and such raw forms of sweeteners as they contain all the nutrients rather than refined sugars in which all the nutrients are extracted and artificial ones are even bad just a manipulatory business by many companies to change the raw sugar name to scientific ones such as maltidextrose sucrose addedfructose are so even =bad and equal to the sugar ,while selecting a protein powder focus on three thngs = NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS , NO PRESERVATIVES , LEAN PROTEIN SOURCE which means there is only protein and not any other forms of macro nutrients in excess i am using oziva since 6 months and ramya mam said shes been using impact one so sellect according to your preference sir/madam!
