    Disclaimer: you may have researched on this already. but i wish you would address one thing.
    The low sugar options seems to be more western country based options like Avocado. if you notice Rujuta Diwekar's videos she promotes locally produced food options. I wish you would focus on finding options within things that grow in India more. This is the more sustainable approach because avocados can't be eaten by 1 billion people across the world just for an example. i am new to fitness and health and i live in the US so i know what is available here. but i wish you would focus health that is feasible for an indian with indian options that are more cost effective as well.

      Absolutely what the hell is this Greek Yogurt? . Absolutely follow Rujuta Divekar she is the best who tells u what u should do with local fruits. Nothing happens if you eat bananas figs, dates,etc. Avocado is an expensive fruit. Eat what your genes are used to.

      Bro, our body transforms whatever we eat into glucose, that's the energy. So what she telling is don't take sugar/glucose directly especially from artificial sugars. ( white / brown /jaggery) You also have to limit natural sugars ( honey / fruits ) to regulate blood sugar/glucose levels.

    I’m not a doctor but I don’t think you should compare the table sugar or any processed sugar with natural fruits as they are metobolised in a different way. Happy to see if there any research that backs up your statement 😊

    • @tryphejosh

      Exactly my thoughts. The sugar in grams in fruits cannot be compared to processed sugar

    • @ramjirajendran6655
      @ramjirajendran6655 9 месяцев назад +3

      Yes right, I don’t know why she calls it sugar. Basically it’s fructose and processed sugar what we call is sucrose. Sucrose is complex to breakdown to convert to glucose and fructose is the simplest form. Anyways looks like she doesn’t know about nutrition in depth as I thought.

    • @aryansash6157
      @aryansash6157 9 месяцев назад

      No she is right, sugars or if you want to call it fructose are still sugar that your body has to deal with

    • @user-hz6ls6xp1s

      Agreed 👍. The fiber content in fruits can help slow down the absorption of sugars in the digestive system, which can help prevent rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. .
