Same problem. Thank you for the video, you are informative. Looks like he will need a motor mount soon. There are 3 and easy to change except for that one under the battery.

Wow, you’ve been through hell with the your car! I slammed on the brakes, then my brakes goes to the floors. I took it to the mechanic, they replaced the booster and master cylinder, bleed it but the brakes still goes to the floor. He called me then suggested that I should bring it to the dealership to have them look at it. The dealership wanted to charge me $2000 to replace the ABS. I took it back home and replaced the ABS myself then brought the car to my mechanics ask to borrow the scanner machine and program it myself, and paying him for his machine…but it’s fixed! The best way is to send your ABS parts to have it fix and send it back to u so u don’t have to program it.

I have had the same issue on my 2013 Edge after making a panic stop. I went through all the things you did and have just replaced the HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit) with a rebuilt one. After bleeding, pedal is back up and normal. I found that a valve internal to the HCU sticks after panic stopping and allows fluid to bypass inside the HCU.

I have a 2012 Ford Edge and have the same problem with the pedal going all the way to the floor. I solve it by pushing the brake pedal again to the floor and it solves it, but only temporary.

Does the metal brake line to the right front wheel go across the top of the firewall and above the master cylinder? I am curious and would love to know. Thanks!
