I have one of these FWD LS one thing to mention is that it has a 5 star safety rating. It is my first SUV of any kind. If stuck in the snow turn off the traction control. P.S. It’s got quite the Godly testimony behind my purchase of it.

Change the oil every 5 to 6K miles You shouldn’t have to replace anything to do with the turbo. Spark plugs are recommended at 60K miles. I just had my transmission drained and refilled at 52K It’s recommended at 47K

Do you still have your trax and do you like it? I have a 2018 Chevy Trax LT it looks just like yours except white and it’s a push button to start. I just got it 3 months ago from Carmax. With 41K miles it now has 53K miles I do a lot of driving around 30-40K a year

Awesome video and an awesome Cobra you have.. I have a 99 Rio Red Mustang Cobra with 64,000 miles on it and to me you are correct the factory exhaust is too muted and quiet.. The seats make you feel like you're sitting on the car instead of in it.. They sit way too high.. The coin holder is a joke and I think all of the consoles had a cutout button for a convertible top and Ford didn't know what to do with that hole and just put a cheap coin holder in as an afterthought, in my opinion.. But by far my worst complaint is that USELESS CUP HOLDER.. The 1st one is deeper and has a smaller circumference that fits most cups perfectly but makes shifting gears impossible without knocking your drink in your lap or in the passenger seat. The 2nd one is shallow with a larger circumference and I have not found a cup yet that fits it ( I've had drinks flip over into my gear shift boot or back onto my console enough times to never use again as a cup holder) Assisting the seatbelts retract does become a little tedious.. But the good far outweighs the bad.. :-) Great upload, looking forward to more.. Take care and have a good one.. George

Firstly great vid. Now that we know what to do, dont do this. Instead buy the bypass kit thats going to fix this problem forever. Google vacuum pump delete kit and you'll be on your way. Yes as far as difficulty you should have a proper basic tool set with torx bits and sockets to change your coolant and vacuum lines. This job takes a leisurely 20-30 minutes with most of that time spent removing the pump itself. Use blue loctite and dont strip the threads.

We're in process removing power steering pump and pressure hose. Headlight was removed, electric fan, engine belt, and removed radiator side of upper hose and strapped it away. We didn't have wobbler socket so I was able to loosen the two 10mm hose bracket bolts with 6in then 4in quality crescent wrench. Appears the rack fitting will need a crowfoot line wrench socket and extension. Not sure if can sign back on when done but maybe this helps for info. 05 3.7L liberty 2wd.

My 98 Ford escort station wagon SE has had the same problem off and on for the past 10 years. Spit and sputter and die, no code. Usually a old spark plug or wire is at fault. But the issue always comes back after a while. And even though I do tune-ups yearly, a lot of oil has been building up on the PCV valve, even though it gets replaced on a regular basis. What's the EGR valve have anything to do with this?
